We order laptop, it is tagged refurbished, and when we open it, it looks so used with too much scratch so we decided to return it, it takes five days before they pick up the product, it is already paid, they didn't give back the money, we asked for a new item to replace it and it's already 2 weeks past and we don't have any update about it, i keep calling the customer service but they keep on telling that, they will send a report about that but until now, no update for that order.
