The same thing happened to me and I called the company, Response Commerce, [protected]. I am sending the product back, at which time they'll refund the $84 and cancel my membership, which I did not know I had. It is a scam for a product that doesn't work. They told me if I upped the dosage, it will work. It doesn't.

I ordered a free trial with only needing to pay for shipping. These did not work so I did not order any more. Today I was charged $79.95. Thank you so much for taking all my grocery money that was to last for the next two weeks. Especially right before Christmas when I am not working for a week. I guess I just have to starve because of this scam Avinol PM is running. Tried to call the number that is on my bank statement, but of course they are now closed for the weekend. Very convenient for them, since the money was removed after 5:00 pm. Sent an email, but that will probably be ignored too. Guess I am out my very hard-earned money, and now will have to have my debit card changed as well so they can't steal any more from me.

on 10/23/21 I was charged $79.50 0n my credit card for pills I was sure were a free sample except for a shipping charge which I paid. I did NOT AGREE TO THE CHARGE. Refund the charge do not charge anymore on my charge.

I have had an unauthorized withdrawal of $84.90 from my checking account. I have NOT agreed to order any more of your product nor do I want anymore of it. PLEASE return the $84.90 to my checking account immediately. I will be calling you about this. Evidently you are doing a SCAM!

I had these [censored] charge my credit card for $79 which i did NOT authorize. I'll be calling them and DEMANDING a total refund. This is a SCAM pure and simple!

On my 2nd unauthorized box of Avinol. I cannot find any return or customer service information on anything. I did not see anything about future auto shipments. I just see this charge "TRYSLEEPAID" "[protected] FL". Total scam.

Same here - and same for my Mom. I did not authorize future payments but they did anyway. It is difficult to get canceled. What a scam.

I ordered a free trial advertised on TV for a sleep aid with a specified $4.95 postage as only cost. My American Express card was charged $79.95, I never received anything but the initial trial package.
This can be bought on Amazon for $44.00 and Walgreens for less. I want my $79.95 credited to my Amex account and if they want the capsules back they should say so and I will return them UNUSED.

I have ordered one sleep aid which was advertised as a free sample asking only for postage of $4.95 on Nov 20, 2018. I received one packet of 30 tablets, later on Dec 7th, my account was charged $79.95. There is no contract to purchase when I ordered for free sample. There is no contract to purchase when free sample is offered. Packet shows Advanced Nutraceuticals, Dania Beach, FL 33004 USA. Please do not purchase from this company. Avinol manufactuter is cheating the public. Please beware.

Actually I would give this company a 0 if that were a choice. Really deceptive. I "ordered" a pack of avinol for what I thought was just the shipping price. I wanted to try it to see if it worked for me. It didn't. It gave me weird dreams. Thus, I did not buy more. The close to 2 months later I get another pack in the mail with a statement that they billed my credit card for 84.90$...I was surprised! I did not order it nor did I want it. Then I check my cc statement and they charged me last month as well. I called their customer service and explained the situation that when I "ordered" the pack for just the shipping price I was signing up for their program which meant that I was on auto ship and pay...I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THIS WAS THE CASE. They said I ought to read the fine print...FRUSTRATING! I thought I read everything before doing it because I know scams like this happen...UGH!.

Bad, just bad...they obviously do not care about people just making money.

I too was taken in by the promise of a "free trail", , The small print says that after a certain period if you do not cancel your membership, your credit card will be charged a very high fee for a 30 day supply of their sleep aid. They also tell you that you can cancel the membership at any time but beware, if you do cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be required to return the unused portion of your free trial. They will give you a return authorization which the US post office will not recognize because the envelope in which the avenol was shipped to me had been opened( How could I have not opened it?) so I had to pay $2.76 return postage. By the way, Avinol charged me over $4 to ship it TO me.. The entire process is just short of a scam..the intent of the "free trial" is to get you to commit to the second shipment. A free trial should be just that..free..no if's, and's or buts. Avenol seems to be operating in a legal gray area using deceit and fancy wording in the small print to get your credit card number.

Scam. Paid $5.95 for a free trial, then was charged $79.95 for the same free trial. I am disputing with my cc company. I intend to file a complaint with the attorney general's office. We all should

This has been the biggest waste of time, way over priced and return is a pain, if you are lucky you may get your automatically charged $ back :-(

I want to cancel all things pertaining to this product

I received the first pkg of Avinol PM but was told by my dr. that I could not take it. I have written to them twice to cancel the order but no one responds to me. I ordered the Avinol PM about 3 to 4 weeks ago but have had no luck contacting them. I would just like to send the pkg back.

I did this 15 day trial offer for Avinol PM extra strength for $5.95 on 7-28-22. When I checked my bank acct I was charged the $5.95 plus $1.95 for insurance? (This is Over the counter medication) If you do not want it you have to return the unused portion at your expense even if you cancel your account or will be charged full price. SCAM!

I ordered the "free" sample for my husband but it didn't work. I then got another shipment in the mail and I returned it to the sender. I was still charged for the first shipment and now have another charge on my credit card. I didn't get a second shipment. I have contacted the company but have not received any response and the charges are still on my credit card. I disputed the charge on the card so we'll see if I get any help there!

I got caught by this scam. Should have known better. I got charged the $79.95 when they sent the full months supply instead of the sample I ordered. I called the phone no. that was on my credit card statement. They girl I talked to had a barely understandable oriental accent and tried to talk me into reduced prices for a monthly delivery I said it was a scam several times and was informing my credit card co. telling them not to allow any more charges by Sleep Health (Avinol). She agreed to cancel the order I didn't order. Will see if it's on my next credit card statement. These people should be prosecuted.

Complete scam...avoid at all cost.
