7/21/2021 I received a charge of 79.95 on my Credit card for the Avinol PM Extra Strength Base Box Sku AVL ESBX. I received the product on 7/23/2021 with the order slip/ invoice Order no 61.243242.141 order date of Aug 19th 2021. I did not order this product on 19 August 2021. I ordered the trial sample two months before for 5.95. Try calling the customer service no [protected] and sends me to a wait for one minute and hangs up, no voice message nothing. I smelled a rat. Look up on Google the number and here I am looking at all the complaints and how people who have been taken advantage of and can not get a refund. Contact my credit card immediately and file a dispute, so next month they get nothing. Also called a second number and the same as the first number. They have messed with the wrong guy, I will go to my states attorney and the Florida states attorney. I will find their advertising and set up a pinging on their web address to shut them down if they do not take care of every single complaint on here.
Desired outcome: Money returned and stop this scam on people
Avinol PM / Advanced Nutraceuticals - Received 30 day product for $5.95 shipping
These folks are deceptive. They send you a 30 day trial for $5.95 shipping and then charge your credit card for $79.95 after 18 days if you don't return product and cancel membership. What membership? I never signed up for paying $79.95 a month for a product I don't even know if it works or not. And in my case it didn't. But when my bank denied the charges I called them and canceled something that I NEVER signed up for. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Florida.
Avinol PM / Advanced Nutraceuticals - Avinolpm unauthorized subscription fee. No return of this fee available
I fell for this scam. The original description of the product was enticing and I sent for what I believed was a sample and paid a small fee. The product was completely in effectual, I stopped using my sample after 5 days and felt taken but responsible for my poor choice of product. Then today I find my credit card charged almost $80 for a subscription which I must have missed in my payment information. In calling to complain about this I was told I could not cancel this charge but I went on to discover I am not the only one who fell for this scam.
Unfortunately I did not save the dates of payment and other details of my order — I was just pleased to be through with the bad experience.
I would like a refund of my "subscription fee" if possible and some notice to others who might be taken by this scam.
Desired outcome: Refund of subscription fee and exposure of this scam to other likely victims.
