this person has promised me to sell a samsung galaxy s2, that he had listed in e-bay.
i had deposited Rs 18000/- in his account on 22/10/2011 from
my sbi account
i am quoting what he wrote in the mail through e-bay
"here im sending the account details to u ..

total amount is 18000/-rs including shipping charges.. after deposit the paymnet please inform to me and send ur shipping
adress to me.. thq...He said i will dispatched once i received the mobile phone, he received mobile phone on 23 Oct 2011 but his mobile phone is switch off for long time so i cannot contact them and he will not responce any mail then i complaint to EBAY customer care twice...After two weeks, , , i didnot get items...
Sir Please tell me what I do? I dont want to buy mobile phone. I want my money back

Am from Kerala, and am also one of the person cheated by this Vinay babu R. He took my money for facilitating investment to my company. He is being doing since October 2018. I got proofs and did complained on police too. I think we people need to cooperate to find this financial fraud and put him under law.

Recently i bought iPhone 6 on eBay, then the item and has been cancelled by seller and he asked me send money to his bank account for ship the item to address, i sent advance amount Rs 5000 on Monday but after that there are no response from him and i came to know he cheated on me.
