AMERICAN MEMORABILIA FROM JANUARY 2009 THROUGH DECMEBER 1, 2011 HAS DONE
$3, 700, 000.00 DOLLARS IN SALES! YET THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE NO MONEY.THIS IS EXTREMEMLY PATHETIC!THIS IS THE ULTIMATE CLASSIC CASE OF FRAUD!
their soccer memorabilia is completely bogus!none of the teams in the epl, bundesliga, seria a, or la liga release their team jerseys to the public!ami gets their bogus merchandise from pro direct soccer.com
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
American Memorabilia has only dealt with the best authentication practice within the industry. In business since 1993, there game-worn jersey's, soccer jersey's, baseball jersey's have always came from reputable sourcing. I have been completely happy with all my collectibles that I have purchased. Thanks
Stay away from these guys. Called and informed that that there's a glitch with their "leave a message" . Tried again after a week and still the same results; can't send them a message! This is a warning sign to keep away from them and look elsewhere.
Just saw a Namath jersey that they're selling as authentic. Don't think so as Rams in '77 never wore Russell Athletic jerseys. Authentication is bogus.
Also hearing more and mores stories of their non payment to customers.
i'm prompted to post this complaint after running across a similar complaint filed this month on this site. i too consigned several items of vintage sports memorabilia to this online/catalog auction house located in las vegas. the owner - victor - accepted my items at a memorabilia show last summer (2008). i was told i would receive payment within ninety days and likely, sooner. that was about eight months ago. the items were sold and they were paid. i was not. they have refused to respond to any calls requesting payment, or at least, the status. i am extremely frustrated and am seeking further info. thank you for this forum.
i know 20 people that they owe, no one on the east coast will deal with them, they owe alot of money but keep putting some old hag in videos from the 90s, pay the people you owe, ebay with no protection
[protected]- American Memorabilia voted Collector's Choice for auctioning, consigning and selling memorabilia. Best authentication and customer service process. If you would like you can contact me via email and would be happy to recommend and share my experience.

American Memorabilia is highly recommended. AMI - AmericanMemorabilia.com - No complaints. No Complaints at all, their service was good, we received our money promptly from the sale and they have treated us wonderfully.
Victor and Kieta are more than 1 year past due on approximately $1500 owed me from two prior auctions. They will not reply to calls or emails. They floated their business and paid their own commission, sent my memorabilia away, and still have not paid me. This is highly unethical and must be illegal as well. I will never do business with them again.
I have been doing business with American Memorabilia for a while. They did owe us funds from auctions. We have gotten paid with the new structure of their site. We got paid 24 hours within the auction close. American Memorabilia has paid me and is now paying faster than any other sports auction house.
I have filed a Civil Complaint in Santa Barbara Superior Court in California against American Memorabilia. I invite anyone who has been damaged by this company to contact me at fablads@aol.com and let me know what has happened to you.

Love my Soccer Collection that I have started with you. Thanks for getting me the best. I have bought from a few dealers but I have been very satisfied with my purchases from this establishment. Very reputable. Never had any issues.

Odd how you write the same thing month after month...Victor? Keita? Is this you grand plan to clean up your name? How about paying those who you owe money to and quit with your lies? It's going to be a stretch for you two...but it may be a start.
I have to say the complaints against American Memorbilia Auctions are extensive, however I have to say something I am not complaining yet, I have something that is consigned via auction with Victor Moreno, Susan Kieta, Susan Moreno, Kieta Moreno or whatever your names are. It's funny how you have all of these names, I have to say if the same thing happens to me that has happened to many people complaining about the both of you, I will not be so nice. If the attorney general or the local authorities won't do anything then if I am screwed by the two of them I will make a statement that will make every person on here who has complained very happy. Victor Kieta the both of you will pay the ultimate price. I will stop the both of you in a way that you not be able to screw anyone again. I wont call either of you to complain... I will let the both of you know how I feel in the flesh. Victor will be strung up like a pinata, and you Kieta will watch. I hope the both of you don't screw up for both of your sakes. Bueno Victor.
YEA THEY SUCK

I was owed about 10grand since feb 08. Managed to get it down to around 2 grand. n ow nothing but excuses. who is suing? I am in
They have owed me $10000 since Feb 08 auction. Through different means I managed to whittle it down to about 2 grand but now nothing but excuses and delays. Are you guys suing? I'm in!
February 2009. I was originally told I would receive payment in six weeks after items sold. American memorabilia did not deal honestly and keep there word. The trade shows should not allow them to participate. I would say show up at the trade shows and demand payment. If they don't pay up, go to the director of the trade show and complain to have them thrown out. I believe Victor and Kieta are a couple or married. They both of them should get real jobs instead of finding more victims. It sounds like they kept soliciting business long after knowing they would not be able to deliver on there promise.
I also have been defrauded of my money owed by american memorbilia it has been 2 years and I am suspicious of also of previously sold items with them that they might have cooked the books on the auction bidding and selling results?

We consigned a baseball at the 2008 Chicago show that my dad got for me when I was a young boy. We need the money to go towards medical bills and have yet to receive a dime. I am so glad I didn't refer a friend to them who has a major collection!
Too little too late - I've been a bidder of their auctions for years, and after reading the stories from the consignors, I don't trust AMI to send the items after they have my money.
My business will stay with Huggins & Scott, Lelands, Grey Flannel and Robert Edwards. They are ones I have purchased from regularly over the years and have never had any problems. Thanks again.
Glad I read this - was going to bid on items in their recent auction (ending 9/3/2009), but am afraid I would send payment and not receive the items. As a buyer, I have been more than happy with their service - they have been timely in their mailings, and have been accurate with their billing. Even the shipping and handling is relatively reasonable. But after reading this, I just have a bad feeling. My business will stay with Huggins & Scott, Lelands, Grey Flannel and Robert Edwards. They are ones I have purchased from regularly over the years and have never had any problems. Thanks again.
I had a Mickey Mantle bat auctioned on April 24th, 2008, that sold for $3, 062 and have yet to receive payment. I filed with the BBB a while back, and that was a dead end. I contacted mediation services in las vegas (for free) and I got a $100 and the run around that the economy was going through "bad times." Since then, I contacted Allied National Collection Agency and they have been working to file a law suit but it has cost me already $300. I even tried contacting a local news agency. Would the police help in any way? Any other ideas?

Well, maybe if they owe you $50 you are able to get paid from buyers premium of new system.
These thiefs still $8000 from us! Could you calculate how many items and at wich price we need to sell with them in order to recover $8000 from buyers premium + include credit interests that we are paying till now for those memorabilia?!
They are thiefs, they are doing illegal business, their auctions is dangerous for society; therefore, they need to be in jail.
As they told me that they are not going to return any money to me I do my best to put them in a place that they are deserve.
Please be aware that you are continuing to do business with a company that is still not paying past consigners who don't have more items to sell. They claim their new system creates cash flow for paying everyone, but none of the many stiffed consigners with whom I've been in contact (who also didn't have more items to sell) have received the money owed. We continue to be ignored and treated like dirt. This is a company with which you wish to be associated?
i got paid. there new system pays out right away.
I also am working with AMI i got paid
