I received an order confirmation 2 days after I placed it. I was so excited that the lack of a tracking number did not embarrass me in the slightest.
Two weeks later I decided to check the order status on their website and learned that the items were never dispatched. And also it turned out that the confirmation was sent by mistake and that they weren't planning to ship anything that day. I was so frustrated. They kept my items for no reason because all of them were available. Can't cancel it either. So I have to sit and wait.Oh gosh, what a mess!!
