This is a total ripoff company and the attitude of staff is arrogant and cheating mentality. When i asked them for a servic, he came and the machine has no complaint (only water outlet drainage issue). Still they charged me 120AED without any labor. He is a total rippoff man who tried to cheat his customers. It is fair to collect a nominal charge for their travel or their small service charge. Never approach this company for any of the services dear friends. This kind of companies even destroy the culture of whats we are saying about the service.

    Dear I knew about this company, normally they charge 120 dh if they fixed with out spare parts, the labour charge is 120dh I have checked from many companies in dubai, so of they didn't informed you about charges then you can make complaint against them. Hope you understand my point of view. Many thanks. Sagar

    This is the most unprofessional service. Please do not take their services. They came home to fix my fridge took advance of AED 200 for a bill of 280 and did not show up for 2 days. They also told we could use the fridge without the fan for a day and we had to compromise our compressor. We had to make calls to follow up for 2 days. And on 2nd day the person shows attitude as he is doing a favour or service for free. He made us feel as if we are calling him for nothing. He is saying I am too busy. What kind of services. They promise one day to repairs and then show attitude. They have not yet responded to my money return. Would suggest never call them.

    We are currently dealing with this company and I could say that they are the worst company ever. On the first day of pick up / service, they have promised to come by 3pm but they arrived almost 5pm. They haven't fix the washing machine and suggested to collect it again the next day by 10am but they arrived more than 11am and promised to return the machine by 4pm but it has been delivered by 8pm - and the worst thing is they haven't fix our washing machine. We are asking them to return the cash but they don't want to return it. They promised to come back today to check again and same experience, 10:30 but until now they haven't arrived in the area yet. So unprofessional and worst customer service.
