Ajman Bankbank is not closing saving account in spite of several request

Dear CB team
A saving account was opened by bank representative in Ajman bank at the time I applied for a personal loan. The account was opened with absolutely zero balance. As per Ajman bank I was not eligible so Personal loan was not sanctioned. However, the account opened at that time still exists and AED 28 is getting auto debited every month since Feb, 2015.
I have requested the bank to close this account so many times in the past but I received no response from Ajman Bank. My humble request to you is to close this account.
This is very important for me as I am planning to cancel my visa in next month.
