infant bassinet not provided after taking money on ticket

Hello - my wife travelled AI 127 flight ticket no 0988601277922C4, we purchased a bassinet seat with extra $175 and we were not provided a bassinet seat and a flight manager told to refund us back. This is totally ridiculous answer and air hostess name Mohit was very rude and kept asking a mother to adjust baby as my wife had no option to hold a sleepy infant on lap. We have other pesseganger as witness of situation. Please help us to take a necessary action to clean the mess and problems. My wife and infant had lot of trouble in flight. Let us know your next step to satisfy the customer and will be glad to discuss with you. Please send me an email bhavdeep.sh31@gmail.com. We need definitely a refund on a ticket.
