Ace and Sons Insulation / Customer service issue

Ace and Sons, came to my house 8 months ago and quoted me a price. The persons name who came to my house was the president and owner Charles. I had no issues when the he was at my house quoting me a price, the only issue I had was that he said the price was negotiable. After a few months I called back and was interested in doing business. I then asked to speak with Charles and the lady at customer service said that she will have him give me a call. 2 days have passed with no call. I then called back and asked them again to please have Charles call me, customer service then asked me, what is it that I need from him, I then said Charles came by my house and gave me a quote on my house and then said that the price was negotiable. Customer service the related the message over to Charles. Charles still hasnt called after a week. The lady at customer service finally called me back and said that they are busy, so the quote was not negotiable. The lady then began to throughout smart remarks, as a take it or leave it deal and literally hung up on me. She was always trying to get me off the phone without me talking. I then became aggravated with her so I told her that she is extremely unprofessional for hanging up on me numerous times. I felt as what the company did was a bait and switch tactic. The worst part of all was the lady at customer service who was extremely rude.

    Ace and Son Insulation was scheduled to service my home on December 8, 2015, between the hours 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. I called the company at 10:00 a.m. to see what time the crew would arrive, because I had not heard from them nor the company to make they were coming. The lady in the office became very rude and began arguing with me about the weather conditions.(fog) in the area maybe that's why they hadn't arrived. She later stated, "I'll call you back, I'm checking to see where they are. It took her so long to call me back, I called her back at 10:15 a.m., only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes. Then Liz, the office manager came on the phone repeating what the other woman said.They were very rude and disrespectful to me the entire time I was on phone with them. I told Liz the office manager I would need to reschedule, because they hadn't arrive at 10:45 a.m. At that time my house phone rang, it was my husband stating" that someone from Ace and Son called him." They would be 45 minutes late, because their truck broke down. I called them back and ask to speak Liz. I told her, " I wanted to reschedule, because they were late and it would take them all day to finish and I needed to go to class later that night. Liz stated, we will need to charge you $250.00 to reschedule your service.I became very aggravated with them. Then a man came on the phone and started arguing with me. I told him I wasn't paying $250.00 to reschedule my service. I wanted a refund of my deposit. I asked him, "why are you and your staff so disrespectful'? He began cussing at me and asked me not to call his office again. They canceled my service, because I would not agree to pay $250.00 to have them reschedule my service. The owner Doug said, He would refund me $286.00 my deposit toward the service.This company has no respect for customer and time commitment. They are all rude including the owner.
