I placed an order with the above company on July 31, 2007. It is now August 9 and I have not received any information regarding my order. I have tried calling their customer service number three times only to be given a message that their phone system is down; on two occasions, I was told that all operators were busy and to leave a message. Interestingly, my call was never returned. The company does not have an email address that one can send concerns to, nor do they have an "order status" option on their website.
I have never had such an awful online shopping experience in my life and will not be using this online outlet again. One thing is true: Teacher's talk... I plan on telling all of my coworkers how poorly run this company is. I am half tempted to call the Better Business Bureau.
I find it interesting that the purchase price (plus a ridiculous shipping charge) was deducted from my checking account on the same day I placed the order. However, I have no clue when, or if, I will ever receive my order.
