False representation of the software - Cost is $997.00 - No refund policy whatsoever
A strong sales webinar conned a lot of people into this scam ( including me ) for creating money making websites, even supposed to produce the traffic for each site and this is supposed to create steady streams of income coming in ( it does none of that as this software is totally useless ) I even emailed Commission Siphon and asked to see some of their websites or other members sites that are making money and they have not responded.
I have gone to Scam forums and found pages of testimonials ( Google "commission siphon scam" ) about this product and a lot of angry people have been scammed by these people.

Hello
Count me in, we should all keep in touch as we all are members of Commission Siphon Scam Club, a hefty membership fee but what the heck we now have our own exclusive club ( just try and recruit anyone into our club and see what funny stares you get )
I was more gullible than most because I worked that useless garbage software and created seven websites and Simon told me to keep using the traffic tool to get backlinks, and I did ( I purchased CS...16/March/2011 ) so all the time I put in produced "ZIPPO" and the software was a pain in the ### to use and Simons programmer never could duplicate my problem, so I contacted CS again and asked Simon to send me a few of the titles of his websites and some other members titles so I can Google those keywords and then I could see Simons websits on the first page of Google, or even some other members website titles.
Plus I strongly agree with some members of this forum that somehow we get legal counsel to represent all of us against Commission Siphon and SWREG and I would be happy to pay ( if we get refunds ) 10% to the legal eagle that would get all our money back and we should all agree to pay the same as it's better getting $900.00 back than nothing at all. ( the attorney would collect the money and send our money to us )
NOBODY CAN AFFORD TO LOOSE $1000.00 OR WE WOULDN'T BE WRITING IN THIS FORUM

Dear Elizabeth
You are very kind and I really appreciate that, I have contacted the FTC 3 days ago and no reply yet, I also contacted SWreg twice with a long message each time, plus I emailed a Toronto Law Firm for advice ( no reply ).
I had some fun contacting Simon saying my sites are not even on the 6th page of Google, and could he send me a couple of the titles of his websites so I could Google them and see them on the first page, and he wrote back saying it is a numbers game and to keep adding traffic and making new sites, and nobody should show their title keywords as someone could outrank you if they wished.
My reply was pretty nasty and he has not contacted me since.

Anyway Elizabeth I would love to hear your strategies for getting a refund ( this should even include the money we shelled out for Domains and Hosting ( It looked weird at first that CS was selling Domains and Hosting and I never questioned it ) because at one time I could find my site if I put " exclamation " points around my title and Google it and it showed up on the first page that way, but now it has disappeared so CS hosting must be total garbage.

Thank you Elizabeth and I look forward to hearing about your refund strategies

Elizabeth, Those are wonderful suggestions, and something I would never have thought of. It's a bit of a to do list but for $1000.00 makes the list look a lot smaller.
I just got an email from Simon in reply to the aggressive email I had sent him, and he said -

Hi Larry,

If you want help with the software I am happy to assist.

If you just want to abuse me and my product I will not bother replying.

Regards,
Simon

I wrote him back with one line " the charade is over, refund me my money"

So I hurt Simon's feelings as there must be loads of people doing the same right now, Simon even refused to show proof that his software works - I asked him to disclose a couple of his website titles for me to Google, and he wrote me back that himself and members are advised never to divulge a money making nano niche as anyone could steal it and outrank you. I wrote him back and said " exposing two of your numerous sites would be a small price to pay to get your name out of the toilet " and his reply is the one I pasted above.

So Elizabeth if I did contact SWreg I can't see a reason why they couldn't ask Simon for the same proof, It would be a quick method for them to verify, and even if Simon refused SWreg"s request, then SWreg would have even more evidence, added with your suggestions I feel a lot better about my chances of seeing my money again.

I will let you know my outcome, and thanks again Elizabeth

Hi Walter and Brenda
Glad you guys have joined in the downfall of Simon and his scam, Elizabeth seems to know what she is talking about as she gave me a lot of good advice and I have already contacted SWreg and gave then my FTC ticket number and the url of this complaints board, including my story of how Simon refused to show me proof that his software actually works. ( in the space of 3 months not one of my CS websites are even close to the first page in fact I couldn't find them at all as far back as page eight )
Read Elizabeth's account of her actions above and try and do the same ( also contact the FTC as you can Google FTC and you will come to the FTC site and just fill out their forms ) if the FTC gets in on this then we have an even better chance of a refund.

Good luck Larry

Hi guys
Does anyone know how to locate which hosting company Simon is using, I wrote a complaint to Goaddy and they told me that the CS domain was purchased with them and there is nothing they can do, but they did say to locate his hosting company and lodge a complaint with them.
Godaddy has a fraud policy as do all hosting companies and if CS hosting company were to be located he could be in for a lot of trouble if we all started listing complaints with them ( all that ### Simon has to do is show us proof that it works and he won't or can't.)

Commission Siphon is also being marketed by " Affiliate Cash Clone " by a woman named "Nadine" who emailed me saying that CS is working great for her and members of Affiliate Cash Clone as they all are making sales, I wrote her back asking for proof and I haven't heard from her since.

So if anyone knows how to find CS hosting company then post it here in the forum.

Hi Elizabeth
Obviously you are much more computer savey than I am to be able to find all of this information, I think we should hire you to represent us LOL, The youtube video of Simon is not available ( He probably took it down for obvious reasons )
Why is this world so full of these kinds of people, not just the internet but everywhere which makes trusting a stranger a flip of the coin. I'm not a religious man but if there is a heaven and hell then at least the Good and the Bad have a place to go after kicking the bucket.

Hi Elizabeth
You are amazing and I feel good that you are on our side, each of your emails I read here in the forum gives me more hope of seeing my money refunded.
I did as you said and emailed SWreg with the message you suggested giving them 24 hours to respond and I hope it works because the last time I contacted them they just showed me a reply from Simon stating that his software didn't come with a refund guarantee and they listed my query as closed.
I do affiliate marketing and haven't had much success so far and I have tried quite a few programs ( I won't purchase a program unless it has a refund guarantee ) and I have a folder full of these scams and Clickbank must be getting quite used to me by now asking for a refund.
I broke my own rule when I purchased CS and I won't ever do that again, there weren't any bad reviews about CS at the time.
Keep in touch Elizabeth here in the forum because obviously I look forward to reading your posts.

One question Elizabeth I dare ask, with your computer smarts, what is it that you do for a living ? and don't answer if you don't want to, but I have my thoughts on that.

Hi Elizabeth
I would appreciate your help in any way you can, I wrote to SWreg yesterday with your suggestions giving them 24 hours to reply and to my amazement I got a reply this morning ( usually takes them two days to reply ). I pasted their reply below -

Dear Larry Bauge,

Thank you for contacting SWREG.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please contact the vendor directly with your request, as we are unable
to assist you with this issue since the vendor denied your request for a
refund. The vendor may be contacted directly at:

Support E-mail: support@commissionsiphon.com

Sincerely,

So Elizabeth each time I contacted SWreg I got this same reply, although one time they contacted Simon and he wrote me back through SWreg stating that CS does not have a refund policy nor did it ever offer one.

Swreg it seems could care less about the victims as they keep passing the buck off to "indifference" ( nothing they can do ) or "hopelessness"
( contact the vendor )

I replied to SWreg's message this morning basically calling them a comrade in arms with Commission Siphon and explained how this has hurt me and many others and thought their attitude was terrible ( I don't expect a reply but if I get one it will most likely be the same generic reply you saw above )

Like I said above Elizabeth I would appreciated your help because you seem to know how to get results, and if you do write a letter on my behalf I would be really grateful.

Hi Elizebeth
Thank you for the letter, In my last reply to SWreg I didn't get nasty with them as I know you won't get anywhere that way, the worst I said was that I hope SWreg is not a comrade in arms with Commission Siphpon.
I attached your letter to the last email reply I got from SWreg making only some minor changes ( two more quotes around "software failure", spacing the paragraphs, and signing my name)
Your letter looks very professional and legal, but what I am wondering is " what if SWreg sends me the information asked for in the letter"?
What do I do with this information? And does that clear SWreg of all wrong doing ?

All the information SWreg is supposed to be sending through this letter I actually got it from you, so is this letter also a kind of scare tactic? And did you get your refund this way or were more steps necessary ?

I really appreciate your kindness Elizabeth and sorry for all the questions, My mind is racing today without steering or brakes.

Hi Elizabeth
I just got this email this morning from SWreg -

Dear Larry Bauge,

Thank you for contacting SWREG.

We are processing your refund for order: U2010195901. Please allow 5 - 7
days for the credit to be applied to your credit card. Due to billing
cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as
the original charge.

WoooooHoooooo Elizabeth I owe you a great deal of gratitude with all the help you have given me and I wish you were standing in front of me right now to give you a hug and a big kiss, I wish there were some way I could repay you for your help and if you can think of anything then contact me through this forum.

I do Affiliate Marketing and haven't found much success yet ( this is one reason I purchased CS ) but I believe I have come across a program that is very trustworthy " Consumer Wealth System " I know the two guys that run it who are also good associates with Mark Ling ( Affilorama which I did belong to but quit because building one of their websites was too much work, it took me almost a year to build my website http://www.cheapestenergies.com/

If you are looking for a good program then Consumer Wealth System is honest and above board, but there are 3 upsells after the initial purchase and I purchased one upsell so far ( Plug and Play ) but plan on investing on the other 2 upsells once I build the 5 websites from the Plug and Play.

I did use one of the upsells a few months ago AMA ( Article Marketing Automation ) where your spun articles are delivered to loads of relevant blogs and websites in their system and you get backlinks to your website ( very good service ) and their customer service is great, I have been getting help support the same day so far ( I will admit I have run into a few technical problems, but I put that down to the learning curve )

I only told you this Elizabeth because you also purchased CS to build websites and for all I know you are already in a program but I thought I would mention CWS to you in case you are looking for something that isn't a scam and all their software comes with a 60 day refund guarantee.

Elizabeth I owe you a lot...Larry

Hi Guys
I just checked my credit card account and see that my refund is sitting there waiting for the 5 to 7 day period to pass before reinstalling it, but at least I can see that it has been refunded.

Just a small insignificant side note, when I paid for CS I paid in Canadian funds which came to $1042.98 and my refund comes to $1009.43 which is a difference of $33.55, I guess I shouldn't complain as I got the lions share of it back, it's just the thought of Simon getting even that much.

I know it is terrible what Simon is doing, changing the name of CS to promote it to more unsuspecting people, and probably doing the same down the line when this new name has run it's coarse, but rest assured the FTC, FBI, SWreg, This Complaint Forum, Simon's programmer, CS Affiliates, and I'm sure other agencies have been made aware of his practices and he will get what is coming to him.

I really don't like the fact that SWreg has to get a threatening letter ( like the one Elizabeth composed for me ) from scammed customers before initiating a refund, SWreg knows of this scam by now and should give the refund when it is asked for. There are probably many people that won't go after a refund for whatever reason and for Simon and SWreg this is called playing the numbers, which is what many scammers do when promoting garbage software, ( I have even gone after a $7.00 refund that I paid for, and it was garbage and got it back right away, but think if 1000 people don't bother asking for a refund then that is $7000.00 in the scammers pocket ) and most scams go for more than $7.00.

I never thought I would get my money back but I did, and I never considered Simon would get caught and go to prison ( hopefully in Iran ) and it looks like that will be happening soon to.

Good luck everyone who hasn't got their money back yet, just don't give up and be persistent and it will happen.

Hi Guys
Just a quick message to let everyone know my refund has finally been released into my credit card account, and it sure looks good to have that money knocked off my balance.
One other small note, I see the word "refung" used quite a bit instead of "refund" which I believe is a take off of how it was written in Commission Siphon, just looks a bit funny because I don't think Simon is a very good speller, there were quite a few grammatical mistakes when you read his lessons in CS and I had to read them a few times to catch the meaning LOL, ( or is refung from another language )

Hey Stuart
You are definitely in the wrong arena to be promoting anything that is related to Commission Siphon, and to boast that it is now called Commission Magnets and sells for only $80.00 and also saying it works is a slap in the face to all the people that got scammed.

Do you expect us to jump up and rip our credit cards out of our wallets and sign up for Commission Magnets on your say so, and I must say you have balls to promote this product to us showing your Clickbank Hop link were you get a commission if one of us buys it through your link.
This is a bad place to try and sell anything that is even remotely related to Commission Siphon ( actually this site you are talking about is really called "Rapid Profit Formula" by Matt Carter )
I own some of Matt's software I purchased off him last year "Rapid Rewriter" and yes Matt is a man that can be trusted, but to come into this forum to try and create sales for yourself puts you in the same boat as Simon from Commission Siphon.

Hey Tatessho
I also purchased Instant Cash Empire from Mike Harvey and it didn't take too long to see that it is garbage, and I could kick myself in the rear for believing Mike Harvey when he kept sending me daily reminders about Commission Siphon, he also kept sending me just about every other software promotion out there as well which were all scams. ( So Mike Harvey is no better than Simon )

I looked at the Commission Magnets ( if you are a valued customer of Joe Peters ) and boy does it look like Commission Siphon, and it is also closed to the public which is one of the reasons I was sucked in. Plus try and find any reviews about Commission Magnets - there are none, to give anyone an idea of what they are buying.

Elizabeth was instrumental in helping me get my money back which I thought I would never see again, and those people that get taken in by Commission Magnets will have to go through the same refund process we have had to do.

The people that don't go through the irritating process to get their money back are what these hucksters count on ( it's simply a numbers game to them ) but this time it was for over $1000.00, as it's usually for around $37.00 which is no big lose to a lot of people, but $1000.00 is quite significant.

After going through all of this plus reading about it I thought Simon or whatever his name is would have been stopped by now but from what I understand, he just keeps changing the title and a few graphics and sells the same old scam. ( You get the feeling that you are signing up to a family run business and he is doing you a favor for letting you in ).

So persistence will get your money back ( I wrote SWreg about a dozen times, contacted the FTC and followed Elizabeths advice and got my refund, it took just a bit over two weeks.

Debbie and tatessho
Just read through some of the posts in this forum where members have got refunds, and the tactics they used, Elizabeth gave a lot of good advice and I don't think she wants to repeat her methods each time someone asks for help.
So just read the methods other members used and follow their advice.

Good luck Larry

PS - It didn't take me long to get my money back following the advice I got from within this forum

Hi Larry, hi Elizabeth,
I also became a member of the Commission Siphon Scam Club because I trusted Sean Donahoe. I think there is no more time to waste that us who get scammed by these so called marketers join forces to strike back. Not only to get our money back but also to check out whether there is a way to institute proceedings against them for intentional fraud. I'm based in Germany and have no clue which steps to take first and in the right order to claim a refund to start with. Wouldn't this be a niche for a (fledgling) lawyer specializing in class action suits against these guys? I would happily give in a decent portion of the refunded money to put a stop to the game of these guys.

Hi there Larry!
You didn't say what your replies from SWREG were? You have written twice? Well, first of all, their policy is to contact the seller, if they do not receive a reply, they refund within 4-5 days (I have their letter explaining their policies, when I curtly, pointed out their "Terms and conditions section w.r.t. their "viewing and approving both the product and the seller", ), that they also refuse and suspend the vendor from further business with themselves, if the seller is receiving a lot of refund requests, (also, in their Terms and conditions). I asked if they would kindly inform me as to their criteria?
You give them your File Complaint contact with FTC and IC3 (if you filed a formal complaint with them), You then email Digital River (SWREG is a subsidiary of Digital River..give them copies of your emails to and from SWREG...You follow up with a phone-call, after, you have received the "email notification of your email", speak to Customer service Tel No. 1.877.229.2938 it's a 24/7 service, You need to get past the "gatekeeper", You say " you are in currently in discussion with them..which is of course perfectly true, and that you need to be put through to their claims and refund department or the name of the department/name of the person, who acknowledged your email, "... You would like some clarification on their policies w.r.t. refunds on faulty goods that have been denied without grounds, by their Subsidiary company, please.(as their policies are applied to all of their subsidiaries) You ask for their written reply. (you will need to speak nicely, though!..O.K?)
You inform your c/c or Bank Manager etc, of your recent actions, and ask them also to intervene on your behalf, as you now have contact names etc.(.they are now able to write/speak to an actual person, and not just to a chanelling system), of the Parent company.(if it is still necessary).
They may need other links to websites to back you up, w.r.t. hundreds of others in the same boat as you. You use this one aswell as Warrior forum, Blackhat, etc.
As for the domain name/hosting? They wont reply to you, if you look at your receipt, you will find that it is not SWREG, the hosting legal dept, replies as following "That they may not choose to respond.."..What total Idiots!...this shows that they do not have a bonafide legal dept!..Here, if you want, you can follow matters up through the small claims court in your own country..and let them deal with the idiots!
Anything else?.. Oh Yes!...'Persistence' is the keyword!
Let us know, Fingers crossed!
