I've stayed at multiple hotels with this brand and each hotel there was something wrong like both ice machine doesn't work, pool is close, gym is close, no phone in the room, AC not working and despite always having some type of issue I stayed. Someone needs to hold these places accountable for the things they say they will provide and don't. I travel for work and make my reservations ahead of time, well my schedule changed and my next reservation, which is 10 days away needed to be modify, not cancel and I'm being told because I reserved early (April 27th) canceling or modifying isn't allowed. Had I known back in April my schedule would change I wouldn't have booked it. The best part, two out of the three people I spoke with hung up on me. The first one read a script then said bye and hung up. Didn't ask if I had more questions which I did because my problem wasn't resolved. The second told me to call back because all the supervisors are busy. The third was a supervisor and after a while she pretended she couldn't hear me and hung up. The Now I'm forced to pay the full amount, not just one day when I'm not going to even be in the area. This is bad business and I'm just going to book all my future stay with Wyndham. I'm very disappointed.
Recommendation: Don't choose Choice
