Columbia Sportswear review: Never again will I purchase from Columbia!

I made a purchase and the package was not delivered, because the carrier (ontrak) said the package they would not refund me or ship a replacement order. I asked for a proof of delivery and it was not provided to me, in no way shape or form. They take the carriers word for the delivery. If I could give a zero I would! Very terrible business! I will not be purchasing anything else from them online! Ontrak also has terrible reviews and they only have a chat line, not able to talk to a live person. Columbia and ontrak deserves each other.
