Maryland style crab cakes
This product was purchased and served for dinner on april 14, 2017. It is my opinion the filler products and crab is very disproportionate. The product tasted like a patty of breading flavored with a fish product. When I referred to the list of ingredients crab meat was #1 on the list. This is not correct. I disposed of the product, it was terrible. Save yourself, do not buy this product.

I bought a 10 pack of Henry's "Maryland Style " crab cakes without reading the ingredients on the back. Followed the instructions and sat down for a nice meal. They were awful and tasted like a salty cracker/flour/egg/mayonaise slurry fried up; could'nt taste any crab at all.
So, looked at the ingredients and discovered this disgusting product conained only 2% crab which includes "crab juices"!
Ate 1.5 and fed the rest to my dog. He didn't mind them at all.
I love Henry's crab cakes. I saute them in a little olive oil over medium low heat for three minutes per side and they come out slightly crispy outside, soft in the middle and and delicious.
