My experience with Englert Incorporated was average. The website is informative, but navigating it can be a bit confusing. The products offered seem to be of good quality, but the ordering process could be smoother. Customer service was polite but not very responsive. Overall, it's a decent option for roofing needs, but improvements are needed.

Gutters installed 9-25-03 and have had attempts to clean blockage on several occasions. the last time was 12-19-2017. The blockage has never been removed even though the guarantee is for no blockage “as long as you own the residence”. i have called knoxville dealer to address this issue but they do not answer call or return call. This is the same experience I have had with this company in the past . Their service after the sale is abysmal . There are several numbers listed for the Knoxville area and I have called the following with no results. *** , , and . I would not recommend this product as it does not prevent clogged gutters as advertised and the dealer does not honor the warranty.

In 2018 we had Leaf Guard install their spouting on our home, they were paid in full for the job. I contacted them the following year and they sent someone out and they worked on the spouting a little bit and said that was the best they could do. So we called again this year, still having a problem with the spouting. They sent someone out and the guys said they really couldn't do anything because it wasn't installed right. There is a gap on both sides of our house, between the edge of the roof and the spouting and Leaf Guard guarantees that they put it up, "Get it. And forget it" are their words. The water when it rains runs off of the roof and instead of going in the spouting it runs in between and makes a mess on our sidewalk. You can't see it on the other side because it is grass on that side of the house. They say it's a lifetime guarantee that it's free flowing gutters and our pine trees have nothing to do with what is happening. Water should not run between the house and the spouting like it does. When I called weeks ago no one called me back, so I waited over 2 weeks and called again. I finally got an answer and told them I needed answers or I was getting a lawyer. Within minutes I received a call from someone named Justin who said he was putting us in the Schedule for last Wed. the 12th. and we would receive a call the night before with what time they would be there. We received no call and no one came. I called back again and within minutes again Justin called and said he was sorry that the info. went to New Jersey instead of Harrisburg because they are moving to Harrisburg. So he assured me that he was putting us in the schedule for this past Wed. the 19th. and we would receive a call the night before. He assured me that this time it was all fixed and they would be here. They didn't call the night before and they didn't come on the 19th. I decided I was going to contact you's because I would only receive another excuse if I called them again.
