scam/ attempting to collect money on a product I never ordered
I received a letter today saying I owed money for a product I never bought! I attempted to call the number listed to explain there must be a mistake and it was automated only! I believe this is a scam!! They say I owe 34.94 and if I don't pay now they will add 20.00 dollars for a collection fee! I have never used the product nor did I order anything of this nature online or by phone!!!

I received a collection letter on an issue for merchandise that was a fraud to begin with.
