I received a text that I didn't initiate from the entity that sends Coinbase 2FA code challenges. A couple of hours later, when I got off work, I logged into my account to find that all of my BTC was gone. How is it possible for a hacker to intercept a 2FA text to my number?
All they have done to help is to report the times and amounts that were associated with draining my account and make me go through the account verification process multiple times.
In the absence of any further information, I have to assume someone within their company was involved in the theft.

Claimed loss: $79,100
Desired outcome: I'd love to get my money returned.
I've made it clear to their "customer service" that I followed all their security protocols (Not using an email for challenge/response, etc.). They couldn't care less.
I'm pretty sure I've exhausted all avenues of "help" they pretend to offer.
I see their "report" of the actions that occurred as more a report of "Here's how we stole your money.".
I'd love to be included in any class-action lawsuits brought against them.
