Why is it legal for a major corp. to lie to an employee
I am an employee of coca cola corp I was recently decieved by their maintenance manager and their west coast
Division human resources manager. they were not happy with me and offered me a volunitary lay-off, which I felt was a good idea as I felt they were going to terminate me anyway, no matter what I did. turns out that had I volunteered for unemployment and filed I would have been commiting fraud, which is a felony. how can this be allowed. I complained to coca cola about this and have been given no response. I was then terminated the very week I was supposed to be laid-off for failure to fill out a work order correctly.
but their managers were not only backed by the company but rewarded for such criminal behavor. I would like to appeal to all the people who have lost unemployment and were accused of fraud to e-mail coca cola and complain why should only individuals like us suffer and they are untouchable, I have repeatly complained to the state to no avail. money talks, but us slaves just have to walk. if you have any help please e-mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

hi...I'm one of your outlet in Gen. Luna Quezon...my concern is that you had assign your account specialist yet, there are some differences that your company may not know...one is regarding your outlet discount, monotonously..we think that we ere taken advantage for our discounts since you had to be inform that now a days even we give you a volume, it's not quite to compensate an outlet for a 2 peso discount only...remember deliveries is taken care by us, we also hire personnel to do the job, we had to pay our taxes and so we need also revenue to ease our daily life. One thing that I would like to address is that, please make a propeer reporting before an elec. cooler is install...we find there's no sense of your elec. cooler up grading to a large one if it's not suited, this will kill the revenue of outlets due to elec. consumption...pls. find abetter way to change an elec cooler that is suited for my business and change your double door into a single door...or else ..I advise you to pull out before creating a damage to my working capital...hope my advise will help us...let's be on a win win situation...thanks in advance...Ed...
