Coan

Coan, Inc. is a good company. They give good service to their customers. They always think about what my family needs for energy. When I call them, the people on the phone are nice and help me a lot. I am happy to use Coan oil.

Coan came to our house in August to check out our mini split AC. They said the indoor part needed to be replaced and did it under warranty, plus we paid for an extra recharge. They tested it and left. But the next day, it wasn't working. I called the service manager and it took weeks to get a tech to my house. Finally, in May 2022, they came and said the unit needed to be replaced again. I had them install central AC a few years ago for over $18k and this is how they treat me? As a business owner, I wouldn't treat a customer like this. I want Coan to file the warranty claim so I can go to another company. I had to nag them to get a response and it was only some lame "I'm checking with my supplier." These folks shouldn't be in the service business.

Been with Coan, Inc. for 41 years. They supply us with furnace oil, maintain 2 furnaces, 3 AC units, and 2 water heaters. Service is great. We have service contracts for both furnaces and AC units. They're always available when we need them.
