So I received my approval letter from fuel assistance on a Friday morning
So I received my approval letter from fuel assistance on a Friday morning. Right in the email it states my fuel provider received the same letter per email. I called fsi and told them they shuld have received a letter from fuel assistance via email and they stated they did not and they will call me before the day is over. I waited. No call. Then Monday comes and I call. They say they still haven't received anything. Called fuel assistance and the woman over the phone said they have had multiple issues with this company. Sent it again and faxed it over and fsi still claims they don't have anything. Which is impossible. FSI needs to understand they are playing around with peoples safety. Now The are makeing me go without heat and hot water all week until they are in the area. These people shuld be in jail for playing games like they are I have a 2 year old son. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will be changing company's as soon as I am financially able too
