When I first visited clydescranks.com, I was excited to see so many unique and customizable bait options, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on one of their special lil John bleeding craws. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I was disappointed to discover that the bait I received was not what I was expecting at all. Instead of the blood-red bait that I saw in their online pictures and description, I received an orange, knockoff bait that was clearly not what I had ordered.

While I understand that there can sometimes be complications with orders, I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail and quality control displayed by the company. The wrong color and style of bait can drastically affect the success of a fishing trip, and I was frustrated by the fact that I couldn't trust that the bait I ordered would actually be the bait that I received.

Overall, while the selection of baits on clydescranks.com is impressive, I would caution other customers to double-check their orders before making a purchase. Despite my experience, I do believe that the company has potential to improve their quality control and customer service, and I hope that they will take steps to do so in the future.
