Tackle Warehouse ain't honest. Customer service is a joke! They should get sanctioned.

It took 3 days jus to get back to me and tell me they couldn't ship my order for whatever reason. They are ***!

Tackle Warehouse is definitely the top tackle company in the U.S. Some folks are complaining about the shipping, saying it takes 4-5 days sometimes. But hey, it's understandable with the pandemic going on and everyone being short-staffed. I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years, and when things are normal, the shipping is pretty fast. I'm sure once everything gets back to normal, shipping will be back to normal too. Keep up the great work, Tackle Warehouse team!

Their shipping department is a real pain, in my opinion. They only ship your order out on the same day or the next day if you pay extra. If they have everything you ordered in stock and you don't pay the extra amount, they won't ship it for almost 4 or 5 days later, even if it's available. They really punish you for choosing their free shipping option for orders over a certain amount. If you pay extra, they'll ship it on the same day. Why can't they do that for free shipping? This has happened to me every single time I've ordered from them! I'm completely done with them. I really hope lots of people read this so they can complain and maybe they'll stop this nonsense! Curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to give them a call. I wanted to know what the deal was with this shipping situation. Their explanation? Oh, they're super busy, and those UPS trucks just can't handle the load. And of course, they threw in the good ol' COVID excuse. Classic.

But here's the kicker - this whole shipping shenanigans happened not only to me but also to my brother. And it's been going on even before COVID crashed the party. Coincidence? I think not. It's pretty clear that they're using this tactic to reel in sales and make us poor customers foot the bill when we're in a time crunch for our fishing trips.

Now, don't get me wrong. If you're willing to shell out some extra cash for expedited shipping, Tackle Warehouse is your go-to. They've got a solid selection of gear that'll make any angler's heart skip a beat. But if you're hoping for normal shipping or dare to take them up on their so-called "free shipping" offer, prepare to be let down.

So, there you have it. Tackle Warehouse, the masters of the shipping game. Just remember, nothing in life is truly free, especially when it comes to getting your fishing gear on time.

I bought $180 of fishing stuff from Tackle Warehouse, but I never got it because they messed up the shipping and sent it to my old address. I tried to find the stuff at the old address, but no luck. Tackle Warehouse won't help me out and they even canceled my UPS claim.

I ordered from Tackle Warehouse on July 27th, but I only got part of my order on August 4th. They said the other 4 items were not available and would come later. I asked about them again on August 22nd, and they said they were still not available. On September 1st, I emailed them again and asked for a refund and to cancel the rest of the items. They replied right away and said they canceled the order and would refund my PayPal account in 24-48 hours. But that never happened, and now they keep giving me excuses and saying they'll talk to their refund department (again). I don't trust them anymore to fix this problem.

Tacklewarehouse is a famous fishin tackle shop in the U.S. located in San Luis Obispo, CA. They have some holiday promos and discounts every year and also regular offers on their official promotional clothes if you spend more than $150. For this Christmas, I bought a $110 Tacklewarehouse electronic giftcard as a gift for my brother. I also bought some other small stuff that made my purchase go over the $150 limit. Tacklewarehouse's site offered me some promo items and said I could get a free t-shirt and buy a second one for $5. Since it was the holiday season, I thought it would be nice to include the 2 t-shirts with the electronic giftcard for my brother, so I added the free t-shirt and the $5 second t-shirt to my cart. I paid $12 for 2 day shipping to make sure it would arrive in time for Christmas. Before checking out, one of the items in my cart showed as pending and said my order would be reviewed because it was more than what a normal person would buy. So, at checkout, I thought the guys at Tacklewarehouse would take a look at the t-shirts I was being charged full price for. Days later, I got my order and they had charged me full price for the 2 t-shirts that I didn't originally agree to buy if it wasn't for their promo offer. I contacted Tacklewarehouse and they didn't want to honor their website's promo offer because giftcards weren't eligible. I didn't even want to buy their clothes, they offered them to me at checkout. If my purchases didn't qualify, their website shouldn't have falsely promoted and advertised those items to trick me - that's really bad business practice. And on top of that, they didn't want to honor their promos when I reached out. Now I've paid full price for 2 items that I didn't originally choose to buy at full price, and I also paid 2day shipping for an electronic giftcard.
