Software retrieval from wiped PC
I was not able to retrieve any lost files using their software. On March 18, 2024 they said they would give me a partial refund but couldn't do so if there was an open PayPal dispute. I closed the PayPal dispute. Then they never sent the refund. Now I can't reopen the PayPal dispute. They tricked me. They just keep lying and claim they made the refund. Avoid this company.
