MK Cleaning Service - Cleaning company theft
MK Cleaning Service stole from my home. They refuse to properly reimburse me for the items that they stole, even though they claim that they have insurance and they are bonded. They also claim that their cleaners are background checked... yet they steal from their clients. Another acquaintance has them on video discussing stealing money. Beware with this company!

On 1/24/2023, I brought my queen size down comforter to his establishment (Charlottesville VA) to be dry cleaned. They did not do that. They washed it, used fabric softener and ruined the comforter. The original fabric was crisp cotton and now is a limp version. The comforter lost over 1/2 of it's fill. It is ruined. They claim it did not have a tag but there is a tag on it that says "dry Clean only".

I hired Precise Cleaning Concierge to clean my house in Magnolia, Texas. The lady who came (Danielle) stole my credit cards and made multiple fraudulent purchases on them. I had to replace all my cards, as well as file claims on all the fraudulent charges. This, of course, was quite an aggravation and caused me to lose a lot of time in trying to clean up the mess.

This business has a habit of not returning cleaning or laundry on date they put on receipt. Even if they are at fault, will not try to discount or refund for a service they did not fulfill in time negotiated. When I tried to resolve issues with supervisor, she was hard to contact, and when I finally got in touch with her she was rude, and did not care if I would complain to BBB.

Giant scam artists! Bought deal on LivingSocial, they show up and say that I needed to give them another $100 if I wanted to get my carpets cleaned. Told me that the coupons they sell don't actually cover doing any work, they always need more money to do actual work. They are very good at lying!
