Merry Maids review: Terrible

the first visit was decent. I wouldn't say great, but pretty good. Figured they just had to lear the house a bit. The second visit was terrible and I called the owner who came out, took notes and promised better. The third visit was TERRIBLE... they were here (my home is 4500 sq ft. a total of 30 minutes. and did pretty much nothing except talk on the phone. Absolute min dusting, even on open surfaces, stove not cleaned, blinds not dusted (as was promised) vacuum minimally and not the steps, and the list of what they didn't do goes on and on. Again total 30min! What I was promised was a deep clean of the entire house once a month. This was NOTHING even close to a scant cleaning. I complained to the owner who has not returned my call, my text or my email. They certainly put the charge thru!
