Clay Cooley Auto Group review: They stole my car

I paid 23000 cash for my car. The next day they I was at the police station. I come out and my cars gone. I see a tow truck hauling my car away. I ask a police office to stop him. The drive said I had not made my payments and drive away. The dealership had a tracker on my paid for in cash car. I had to parallel park to park. The tow truck pulled my car out from a parallel parking space. When I called the dealership they denied any wrongdoing after screaming and yelling trying to get somebody to listen to me they say oh they made a mistake. So now it's time to get my car they have no idea where my car is so they put me in a rental then when they do find my car two days later they drive it to my house to pick up the rental. I get in the car The two tires not tires but the axles are bent from the way it was pulled out of the parallel parking. I called the dealership I told them I wasn't giving back the rental car and to take this car back I couldn't believe the driver drove it 25 miles from where he picked it up with those warp tires and did nothing about it and tried to give me the car back. In the process my phone and my prescription sunglasses for stolen out of the car. This was the worst ordeal I've ever dealt with with a dealership finally after weeks of arguing I finally got a new car and they paid for my glasses but not after I was accused of lying cheating stealing anything else they can think of. These people are shysters they also trying to add a insurance policy on my car when I tell them specifically I did not want any The manager of the cars came in and made me sign on the back of my contract that this was a as is by with no insurance whatsoever after they tried to stick the insurance on there. I found this out when I was in financing paying for the car. These guys are shysters their liars they're cheaters their thieves if you buy a car here check your contract Make sure there's no hidden fees on there because they will stick insurance on there and not tell you about it and then you never use it and they make money that way. Dealerships are the only company in the world that can rip you off and not have to pay the piper. Clay Cooley is a shyster his dealerships are shysters You can shop anywhere for cars why go to this place. And if you read these complaints you get the same generic computerized reply saying if you have a problem call us I guarantee nobody's ever returned any calls. They make it look good here on this page that they're going to call you back because they're such honest people but they never call you back.
