I am experiencing an issue logging a parent into our ClassDojo account. Despite entering the correct login credentials, the father is unable to access our accounts. We have tried resetting the password and clearing my browser cache, but the issue still persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible? I use ClassDojo regularly to stay updated on my children’s progress and communicate with their teachers, so regaining access is very important.
