I signed my grandson up for tutoring though your website. I got a confirmation and on the day of tutoring I attempted to sign in and I kept getting the prompt that I had the wrong user name or password. I tried signing in using a verification code and it took over 15 minutes to be received – and by then it had timed out and I got a prompt it was not available any longer. The appointment was at 4:30 and I started trying to log in at 4. I was NEVER able to log in. I even tried to start over thinking maybe I didn’t establish a logon and password but I couldn’t do that either because then the prompt was an account already existed with that phone number. I requested to reset my password and AGAIN it too over 15 for the reset to reach my email account. I reset and guess what? I still got the prompt even after refreshing that I had either the wrong email or password.
Bottomline I was never able to log on and he completely missed the appointment. Of course I was still charged for the session that he was never able to log into.
All I could find last evening was your support and it appears to be an AI with just “How to” responses. I had no idea until today after doing a Google search how to reach a human being. Suffice it to say the use of this platform was miserable at best but mostly horribly frustrating. I also would like my money back that was charged to my credit card for a session that still remains unavailable because I still cannot log into classdojo.
