Hot Rod Drain Service is the bomb! *** came to check out my plumbing and found a problem with my in-floor heating that someone else missed. He fixed it up real good. Then I had him come back to put in a new kitchen faucet and fix some bathroom faucets. He was on time and answered all my questions. He even gave me some tips for keeping my plumbing in good shape. When he was done, he checked everything again to make sure it was all good. He's a cool dude and knows his stuff. The work area was clean when he left. I totally recommend *** and Hot Rod Drain Service. They're the real deal!

Holy cow! I was freaking out when I saw water all over the place after my kid's bath. Found Hot Rod Drain Service Ltd. and messaged them, not thinking they'd get back to me at 9PM. But Noel replied right away and even offered to call me. He helped me figure out what was going on for 30 minutes and gave me some tips to fix it myself. And he didn't even charge me! You don't see that kind of kindness every day. I'm blown away. This guy is legit! I totally recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

Noel is a pro, he came early. He fixed our clogged sink that a big company charged me $1,000 for and didn't fix. He also improved the piping under the kitchen sink for free and made sure the toilet was flushing properly. He knows his stuff and can do it all. I'll have him replace my toilet soon and call him for any plumbing needs. Very happy with the service, he did it for 1/4 of the big guys' price and didn't leave a mess. Noel, you're the man! David

Noel and Hot Rod Drain Service is the best! We had a problem with a floor drain overflowing when the washing machine emptied. We tried snaking it ourselves, but it didn't work. When we called our regular plumber, he referred us to Hot Rod Drain Service. Noel gave us an approximate time when he could come out and even called to let us know when he was ten minutes away. He had a look, suggested a plan of action, rolled out his red carpet to cover the stairs, and promptly got to work. Not only did he clear the drain but he wiped and cleaned up as he worked and when he was finished. Unusual for many tradespeople. The invoice was in line with what we had discussed beforehand and payment was simple. Noel is professional, knowledgeable and very proficient. We would not hesitate to call him if more work was required and I have passed on his contact information to a number of my friends.

Hot Rod Drain Service was great! I recommend this company! One day I saw water coming from my toilet. I thought the problem was with the tub (since my tub wasn't draining well either) so I called around for plumbers. Long story short, an unreliable plumber (who I had used twice before for different services) didn't show up multiple times so after 3 chances I gave up and did a search and found Hot Rod Drain Service. Noel answered right away, talked through the issue and was at my place as scheduled and on time. He set clear expectations and was thorough, honest and laid out risks before moving ahead. He shared with me that he tries to be as fair as possible to his customers when it comes to price. I don't have much to compare to other than the price it was to install the toilet but for the amount of time he was at my place (approx 3.5 hours) and the complexity of my property, I felt he was very fair in pricing. I have not had any issue since he left. I do feel he went over and beyond in his services and I really appreciate it! As he came to my home during COVID, I appreciated him going through his protocols in advance and when he arrived he followed through on all his COVID commitments. He sanitized everything before he left with pet friendly products. He didn't make me feel stupid as I asked questions and he was very respectful. Noel was knowledgeable, friendly and great to interact with. I would recommend him 100% to anyone! Thank you again Noel! I got some plumbing work done by Hot Rod Drain Service Ltd. in Dec 2021. They were supposed to replace the poly-B tubing and install a new shower enclosure and door. But there were lots of delays, like the door being broken by the supplier and the plumber being sick. They didn't communicate well with me and didn't return my calls or emails. I even asked for a refund or for them to finish the work, but they still haven't responded.
