On Friday August 11th,2023 I went to cash in a $25.00 winning pull tab ticket and they are saying that they did not have the kind of ticket that I have. But that's where I purchased it (from their vending machine) so they told me to call the number that was on the ticket. When I got home to call there is no phone number on the ticket anywhere. I spent $50.00 and hit the $25.00. So how can this be resolved?
Desired outcome: Would just like for them to honor the ticket that they sold and pay me the $25.00 that I fairly won.
