Scam coupon card that doesn't work
Some kid came to my house pitching these BS cards and I was foolish enough to buy one. It doesn't work anywhere it says and I've tried all over LA county. The card is made of paper and it says I need to cut it to use each coupon, but the back of the card is the place where it has the writing so it's just so stupid and unprofessional. Someone should stop these scammers really. I hope more people speak out.

Scam, counterfeit product, fake fundraisers, cash donations
Some students came to my house last week and attempted to sell me a cheaply made fake fundraising card. The company was called Clarity Fundraising Cards.
I could tell right away that the card was fake because it was printed on cheap flimsy door hanger cardstock paper.
Then when I looked them up online, I saw that they were previously a Charity and got shut down by the state of CA.
So, they rebranded as an illegal "fundraising company" and now are out and about attempting to scam and rip-off the general public for cash "donations" to their FOR PROFIT company based out of Victorville, CA.
I looked further and saw that the Orange County Register covered the scam they are doing in detail. Here is the story and a picture of the exact card they tried to sell me:

I will be calling my local authorities and the state of CA to report.

We have tried to contact you before but have been unsuccessful. You refer to an article from the orange county register but fail to say that in that article they are only showing a portion of the fundraising card which is in itself already misleading and the OC Register didn't reach out regarding this article because of their vendor at the time, by the name of Carlos Perkins, he goes around telling the public that our fundraising card is not legit because he wants the public to purchase fraudulent plastic fundraising cards instead such as SmartRaisers and Community Cards.
Dennis, you never contacted us, we've never heard of you or your "concerns".
We appreciate it if you would instead contact us directly to resolve any issues, but because you were never a true customer we already know you will not.
Unlike other sticker and plastic fundraising cards such as SmartRaisers, we are legit, with agreements with each location and our fundraising card is featured inside the participating locations and can be viewed on our Instagram or Facebook.

Just bought this $25 card from a High School student . I tried scanning the barcode to check participating restaurants and it reads error! Don’t buy this crap it’s a scam!
