Citroen Customer Care — Service / Quality
Citroen is without a doubt the worst vehicle I have ever bought. I bought a pre-owned Citroen DS3, in warranty, just over a year ago, and the car has been more at the dealer, than it has been with me, due to a long list of MANUFACTURING defects. These cars are worth nothing and very poorly built. I have had most of my engine replaced, along with a LONG list of other repairs. Citroen Customer Care have no idea what they are doing, they don't communicate at a dealer level, and don't "grant" (as they put it) their Customers any decent feedback, hell they barely come back to you with YOU chasing THEM. They just blindly replace parts, and now want to replace my entire engine, without correctly identifying or explaining faults. I would strongly recommend anyone not to buy a Citroen as the build quality and after sales service is shocking, on a car that will become worth next to nothing almost immediately after you buy it.
