Deason Garner Law Firm is exceptional! They are professional, documents are prepared in a timely manner and they keep you informed of every step in the process! We have never hesitated to use them for our trust documents and have recommended them to our friends and family!

So far its only our 1st "free consultation" but my wife and I are were very impressed. They were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and best yet prices were quite reasonable. Will post again after retaining them and the work complete. We have some specific issues with creating a Trust.

I dealt with John Smith who was very knowledgeable and made my experience very easy to deal with. What he helped me do today will make my experience much easier in the future. I have been dealing with Deason G Law Firm for the last year and it has been a complete and utter nightmare. Deason G Law Firm prepared my father's will and trust documents. When my father died we discovered the trust was never funded. I had many conversations with him prior to his death and he thought everything was fine. He paid them a lot of money to create a trust for them to not make sure he understood he had to transfer all his assets into the trust itself. Since his death Deason G Law Firm has done absolutely nothing in a timely manner. It was a simple estate. The one asset that seemed to be transferred to the trust was done incorrectly and I had to discover it myself by talking to the title company since Shawn G has disappeared and not contacted me in months. He originally charged me $10,000 based upon the amount of the estate. When I got angry and tried to fire him because nothing had happened three months after I had given him money, he reduced the amount to $8,000. I relented and things seemed to start moving along. But that was in March. It is now March and I still cannot close my father's estate and now have to pay money to have another year of taxes prepared for an estate that should have been closed in August at the latest. Run away and do not look back if you want someone to handle a probate estate, no matter how simple.
