Citi Retail Services review: Visa card

Have had exceeding issues with a visa card from this company. Was told I would get the card in 3-4 days and it was more like 3-4 weeks and they closed my other account for this store without asking me and being misinformed about the time to get the new card caused me to be out of use of that store credit card for weeks. Then trying to register the card online was not even possible. It went around and around in circles and finally locked me out and after lengthy time on the phone I spoke with a condescending “manager” at citi retail who could not manage the issue and just said have a nice day without resolving the issue of my locked account. They expect me to go back in 24 hours after all the wasted time and would not unlock the account even though I put in all the information correctly. I regret ever signing up for this card and would have just kept my old account as is. Thanks for the disrespect and NOT helping me and making my life even more difficult.
