CipSoft – Payment manipulation

Very bad costume service. You pay for TRANSFERABLE coins, payment gets rejected. They say you have a block in your account for 3 days. 5 minutes after, you try to buy the same amount of coins but NON-TRANSFERABLE, and there is no block whatsoever, thanks for your payment, here are your 750 NON TRANSFERABLE coins. You sold your character in bazaar for 1000 coins? then half of it will NOT be transferable coins (so you are forced to spend on THEIR shop), and the other TRANSFERABLE COINS... are still waiting for the payment of the other person (they can make you wait for at least 7 days for the payment)? And they will NOT give you all at the same time. They will give you 250 now, 250 in the next month, 250 in the month after, etc etc. All scummy behavior that pushes you into spend your coins on their store instead of ingame or to buy a char in the bazaar. Really scummy behaviour, CIPSOFT besides being terrible game developers, they are also THIEVES.
