This hotel should be clearly dropped from Choice Hotel list of places to stay! I get in the room, It was so/so for the price and what was available in the area. the shower rod was dangling, had no shower curtain. The light switch did not work so they plugged a lamp in on the counter next to the sink, dead bugs on the wall and the light above the mirror. Towels were folded but on the floor. door jamb and lamp in the bathroom were rusted too. The main room clock did not work as well. I won't go into the bed that felt like I was in foxhole. I took it up with the front desk when I got back from the event around midnight and their response was "Just check out then" This was at midnight mind you. All I ask is make it right.

Claimed loss: I paid for the hotel. Called Choice Hotels and they said to deal directly with the lobby, so I did! Their answer was "Just check out then" All hotels were booked full that was in the price range.

Desired outcome: Full Refund and or 30k points (15k points per night of stay)
