Chipotle Mexican Grill review: An employee/service

On saturday I stopped at the restaurant at south cobb, by my house. When I arrived, the line was pretty steady with about 6-7 people waiting to be serve,2 servers on the line. My story with chipotle runs deeper than just a customer but I will save that for later. The young lady started my orders but was talking over my food a lot while serving, that was not sanitary, but I kept it to myself as I was not trying to start an issue. She got to the items that I would select what I want on meals but ran off leaving the bowl and burrito sitting, as she talks to her coworker who was on a call, it appears they both know the person on the phone. This happened while in the middle of my order, at this point everybody was there waiting for her also the other person who was on the line with her struggle to find her to assist. A few minutes has gone by, and everybody now started to wonder where she went. I happened to spotted her chatting and laughing so I asked her to get back to finish my order as it was sitting around, I also stated that it was disrespectful to leave everyone in line waiting on her. She started to argue with me and threaten not to serve me... At this time another associate decided to finish my order... She came over snatched up my two orders from the other associate and dumped it in the trash in front of all the other customers. This was the most humiliating thing I have ever experienced in my life and especially when I have been a loyal customer for 15years to chipotle. No one should ever have to be treated with this low humiliating way. She then told me to leave. I am encouraging you to pull the camera and watch for yourself. This is very bad and I would hate to see this escalate in a negative way. I told her when she went looking for the job she committed to be a decent employee and she was not living up to the standard. I am very disappointed and ashamed for her behavior.
