Chesterfield Fence & Deck installed a deck for us
Chesterfield Fence & Deck installed a deck for us. We chose VEKAdeck, an engineered deck board. The foreman was Travis. He did an outstanding job. Very professional, polite, efficient & very particular that everything was done perfectly. We are very pleased with our deck. Another crew installed the roof cover for our deck. The structure was well constructed and the shingles matched our roof shingles perfectly. When they were finished with the job, there were a few issued that were not resolved. Chesterfield sent their repairman, Jim. He talked with us about our concerns and made the corrections. Jim understood exactly what we wanted and did an excellent job making the corrections.

Started purchase process in Jan 2020, Scott was our salesman and he was great. Took the time to go over our deck tear down and provide all replacement options. Of course COVID got thrown into the mix but project got underway in April. Crew was Mesha and Harris - both great guys and careful with their work. Had a delay in getting the privacy fence which had to pull them off from completion for 3 weeks. We were getting frantic because we had a gathering planned, but they (Melissa) were able to squeeze us back in to finish just in time. The deck looks great and we couldn't be more happy. Love the VEKA Deck Pro material and glad that we will never have to replace the deck or stain/seal ever again! Not high, not low, but right in the middle with price quote. We highly recommend them to anyone.
There was a bit of a delay in getting materials (due to Covid thing.) Once the materials arrived and my job was scheduled, the workers, Jasmin and Ibraham, arrived and got right to work. They worked every day, hard and continuously, through heat and some rain, and got the job done (about 400 feet of fence!) They were very courteous and patient with my questions and concerns. The cedar gate they built is beautiful. I highly recommend them and this company. A job well done. Kudos!
