I places an order vía the drive thru at the Menphis, TN, Austin Peay location on today (08.05.2020). Everything was going fine until it was time to pay for my order. I places an order to deep sea fish sándwiches (2 for $5) and two regular fish sándwiches (2 for $3). Upon arriving at the window to pay my total was $10.73. I noticed from my receipt I was charged $2.39 per beach regular fish sándwich. When I questioned the charge the Cartier precede to tell me I got a discount. How in the hell I got a discount when the sándwiches were only $3 for 2 from the start. After bringing the matter up with two employees, one was the mánager, they became irritated with me as if I was the problem. It was obvious the staff was having problems bc the customers in the front of me were having issues with their orders. I am a very patient person, but when you cannot comprehend nor count money to refund my difference, I have a problem with that especially after waiting for more than 20 minutes to get to the pay window. All I wanted was my refund un the amount of $1.99. I was refunded $1.50 which was incorrect and I was not going to discuss the matter anymore because it was going nowhere and the line was wrapping around the bldg. So in order to not hold up the line I was asked to park in the handicapped spot (because I am disable) and an employee would bring my order out. She did and I asked for my receipt back. She has to go back and ask the mánager about the receipt. In the meantime, I checked my order and it was wrong. Once the mánager came to my car with receipt I told her my order was wrong. She became very irritable and took it back to correct. The sandwiches were old and had been refried. I will never visit Checkers/Rally's again.
