This complaint is against Ms. Kristin M Germroth (NMLS ID #853857) is as under :-
It's was just a simple question about not receiving my account statements since I open my account and I am not enrolled to online banking. The answer was that there is some kind of glitch in the system. I requested to give me last 2 months statement. She enrolled me to online banking & told me to print from your home. I asked here why she enrolled me to online banking. She replied that DON'T SHOW ME AN ATTITUDE & I'M NOT SITTING HERE TO TAKE YOUR ATTITUDE. I told here it was a simple question. She again said don't show me your your attitude. May be she was Racist. I still don't understand why did she harassed me without any reason and she was so disrespectful & rude. Again she might be racist.
