The Marketing Director Of hte Virginia Beach area decided I would not be able to use online banking because I lost my temper with the credit union. As a result of not being able to check my balance everyday fraud was perpetrated against my account to the amount of $1,879 plus overdraft charges. I bounced a HELOC payment because of this. I did not find out about the fraud until I went into the branch and had my June transactions printed out. I have filed a police report.
I am very upset with Latoya Brown for causing this horrendous fraud to be perpetrated against me.
I would like online banking to be restored to me.

Desired outcome: Restore my online banking and reimburse me for the loss of $2,360 that I lost. I would like a reply to this complaint
