I scheduled a procedure with CG Cosmetics for May 1, 2025, and paid $3,000 upfront, financing the remaining balance through Cherry. Just one day before my pre-op appointment, the surgery was canceled by the clinic with no valid explanation.
As of today, July 25, 2025, nearly three months later, I have only received the portion refunded by Cherry—CG Cosmetics has not returned the $3,000 I paid directly to them.
Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them, I’ve received no response or resolution. I'm now in the process of:
Filing a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office
Contacting the Florida Department of Health
Submitting a report to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in Massachusetts
I’ve since discovered that I am not alone—many others have reported similar experiences, including canceled surgeries, no refunds, and a total lack of communication. CG Cosmetics has a cancellation policy, but they are not abiding by it, which is not only unethical but could also be illegal.
To make matters worse, I referred a friend who ended up going through with a procedure—but they changed her surgeon at the last minute without informing her, which is a serious breach of trust and professionalism.
This business shows a clear pattern of shady practices, poor communication, and financial irresponsibility. I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting them with your money or your health.
