Central Air gave us a prompt reply to our service inquiry. The technician was able to evaluate the leaking emergency we were having the next day. His clear diagnosis supported by pictures was very helpful. Possible repair choices and complications were discussed with us. We elected for repair as needed as soon as the part arrived. The day after, the technician did a successful repair! His knowledge and professionalism were terrific!

Tech was on time and prepared. After a run down of the problem with our mini split, he got right to work. The problem was simple- a couple of fuses. He also flushed the line for complete check up. Price was very reasonable I thought. Had to wait 2 weeks for appt because, of course, it is summer. Appointment was worth the wait because the tech, John, was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Would definitely call them again.

Central Air met or exceeded all my expectations including a bogo offer on tech support. Justin was my tech and was organized, orderly in his process and very home owner focused. I am retired and so I followed Justin around asking questions and watching his technique. I am sure this was annoying but he was patient and open with his guidance and advice. All in all it was as good as I can imagine. I feel like I made the right choice with Central Air.

Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was very thorough and completely checked out my system from ductwork to air filter and heat pump and gas furnace. Everything checked out good. Upon leaving, the technician discovered the washing machine drain hose had fallen out of the pipe and filled the washroom with water. This was totally unrelated to the purpose of the call and yet the technician assisted in helping my wife contain the spill and vacuum it up! Wow what service! A million thanks to Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.

Central Air has always been a great company. We have had them come out to install a new furnace and service that furnace for regular maintenance for years. We love them so much we will be utilizing them to get us a quote on a new water heater as well. This time around a worker named John came out to the home for the furnace maintenance. John was very professional and was knowledgeable on the work he was there to do. Big shout out to John for a good and quick job!

Excellent service from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing showed up in a timely manner, did thorough research about different options that I had regarding my hot water heater. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to purchase something that I did not need. I will be having them do some work on my hot water heater and keeping their business card around for any future heating, cooling, and plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing - the people who care, and I think they do.

We had Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing return to replace both hot and cold angle stops on the kitchen sink. We couldn't be happier with the courteous and professional level of service that their technician provided today. He is a personable fellow who takes pride in the work that he does, and will explain what's been done and why it was necessary to prevent future plumbing issues. Very satisfied with the service. Matthew was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, he did a great job. Actually repaired our A/C and advised me on how to squeeze some extra life out of it. I really appreciate him not just instantly reverting to trying to sell me a new A/C unit as others have done in the past. But when I do need a new A/C unit, or need additional service, I'll go to Central Air first. They were also able to get to my house and repair my A/C unit same day and that was awesome also. Thank you!

Rolf who came to assessed my old system was on time and courteous, and he explained exactly what his recommendations were and why, and was very transparent about pricing and my needs. The technicians (John) and (Mike) who installed my new AC/ furnace were on time, professional, efficient, and courteous. My old furnace was small, so they had to custom fabricate the intake and outtake leads, and how my new system was situated in my garage. They checked all my ducting in the crawl space as well as the attic to make sure that everything was good for the new system. I would highly recommend Central Air!

Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was amazing! In fact, the whole process made me feel very important; from the first call at 6:00AM answered by the answering service. I received a call back within 30 minutes from the shop letting me know they got my message. Followed by a 3rd call another 30 minutes later with the name of the plumber on his way (John) and John's estimated time of arrival, followed by a pic text of John so I could identify him when he arrived. But back to John; he was personable, professional, communicative, cheerful, and helpful! John took care to resolve my issue and I was completely satisfied with all of it. Thank you John!

We had a water heater in the attic that kept going out and a flapper on the toilet that was leaking. The technician from Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem with the water heater and fixed it. He also gave us estimates for future options as it is 14 years old. He then quickly fixed the toilet and gave us future options for it also. During this process, he continually informed us of what was wrong and the cost before he fixed them. He was one of the most professional, courteous, and experienced people we have dealt with. Everyone at Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was great. I would trust them with all of my plumbing projects.

This is my first time dealing with Central Air and I am quite happy that I chose to call this company. The technician, John, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He really knows his work and did a wonderful job, while allowing me to watch and learn more about the functioning of a gas water heater. He was very willing to answer any of my questions and made sure I understood what I needed to about the operation of the water heater. Before he left he went over things with me and made sure to ask me if I had any more questions. He and the company had presented options and cost before the work had started. Very upfront. I will definitely be calling this company if I have any more needs that they can help me with.

Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing gave me Centrals number after inspecting my gas fireplaces. The Central Air tech said I needed new thermocouples. The Central Air tech came out, looked them over, and promised an estimate. A week later, I called to ask where the estimate was. I received one the next day for repairs on two furnaces at a cost of $1900. (We have one furnace, which the tech never saw.) I called and spoke to the tech who said the estimate was accurate. I called another company who came out three days later and repaired both fireplaces for $600. Central Air billed me $400 to come up with an estimate to spend more than $1000 more than another company on an appliance they didn't inspect, then texted me at 10:30 PM to ask for a review, so here it is.

Technician did not fix the issue, did not complete the maintenance of our gas fireplace, just informed that it might be the control box problem. He will let us know more details. Then 3 days later he called me to inform that another technician after looking at pictures or whatever he reported; that technician told him that nothing wrong with the box. Only more maintenance needed to use some high pressure vacuum machine to remove all stuffs blocking the gas pipe. It will cost up to $600 depending on how long to clean. I did pay $239 for the time he came to diagnose the fireplace, now I have to pay for the special maintenance like that but he is not sure it would fix the low flame. It took him around 35 minutes to learn how to open the fireplace, I had to help him and told him to take pictures before he took all logs out of place. Zero star for this services.

Gave these guys a call this morning around 10am, by 3pm they had someone at my house to assess the situation. Turns out my water heater was so old it made no sense to repair it and it was time for a new one. Oh great, I thought... Gunna be a few more days...nope! Zach, the guy who took the job, was on top of it and wanted to make sure I could take a hot shower tonight. He left to go get a brand new unit, showed back up to unload the new one and darn it... The manufacturer sent them a banged up item! He wouldn't have it, and went to get another one so he knew I was getting a good product. I appreciate that he valued doing a good job so highly. Took the time to teach me all about my new water heater, and left after going above and beyond. Plus he just seemed like a professional guy. The customer service representative who helped get someone to me so fast this morning was lovely as well. I truly didn't expect that from phone call to install would only take hours, but this team was on top of the ball! Highly recommend them!

so my water heater supply line started leaking a couple days ago and Central Air sent someone over the next day which is pretty awesome. One thing I just want to mention is that the service is super expensive. I was told some other companies could have done the job at a much lower price. I checked the pricing for the parts online and they cost like $30-$35 for 2 of the 18 inch water heater supply lines and that is the cost for the general public. I was charged a total of $337 and that is with a 10% discount already. Of course I do understand that they are a company so there are other fees as well. But still isn't this a little too expensive? I do appreciate the time and effort the technician, Zach, spent replacing the pipes on my water heater. He is super friendly and patience as well. He did make sure everything was working correctly before he left so 5 stars for all that. However, if I happen to need service in the future, Central Air probably will not be my first choice. I'm so sorry but I do feel like I was overcharged. I do not think it should ever cost that much. This is not on the technician of course since the price is set and he does not have any control over it. But please consider lowering you price a little if you want to keep your customers!
