Today was routine checkup day. This was the 2nd time I've used AnyDay Heating & Cooling. The 2nd time was just as great as the 1st. The technician was great in explaining what he was going to check and he answered my questions in a clear and precise manner. Great service and personality. I appreciate the attention to Covid protocols as well. I highly recommend AnyDay Heating & Cooling.

Now AnyDay Heating and Cooling is a Father and Son business. The son, who goes by the name of John, was a consummate professional upon entry presenting why they were here, what they were to do, and depending on customer service needs would proceed with work. First, they checked the filter; second, they tested the thermostat; and performed maintenance on the unit. They assessed repairs both short and long term. I was well informed with a complete understanding of my HVAC system. Great job and would highly recommend!

I found this company online and gave them a call to come out and take a look at my central air. There add said they would come and diagnose a problem for $59.00. About 15 minuets after they looked at my system they said there was a problem with my fan wiring and the charge would be $301.00. They were onsite a total of 45 minuets. When it came time to pay he went and got his ipad and we sat down he said ohh the charge is $401.00 plus tax. He was here 45 minuets and used no parts and charged $438.38. I could'nt believe it. Stay away from this company.

We are on a yearly maintenance contract since being pleased after 2 HVAC checkups. Always polite, knowledgeable, timely. We have the same young service tech, [technician's name], and are very keen to keep him maintaining our unit. He keeps my newer system humming. Today found a fried mouse in part of the components in the outside unit, and made a recommendation for what needed to be fixed on the fan, including showing me photos of what had happened (mouse caused an arc between black and yellow wires and the mouse exploded), and explanation of how this affects the overall functioning of the unit.

The technician John came by to see what was wrong with my unit. After analyzing what was wrong he called his general manager, Mike Johnson to speak on my options. Mike Johnson was a blessing to work with. He came to my home to discuss my options for my unit. He helped me in finding the right company to finance me. The technicians that came out to put the unit in, Mark Smith and the other technician that was with him, worked very professionally. So far I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that may need their service.

So very sad to not get any service from my requests for over 6 months. The work was done in May and it's now November 30th. We even have an annual contract with these guys. I requested that they move our outside A/C unit because we were doing some improvements. They couldn't finish the job, left some equipment, and I had to call an electrician to finish the work. They charged me full price and I requested multiple times to come out so I can show them what was left behind and why I had to call an electrician to finish the job. They never showed up, never called back - even after at least 3-4 calls and spoke to a live person. This is with the Raleigh, NC office.

I've utilized preventive maintenance service with AnyDay Heating & Cooling for 3 years, and they have lied about their services and checks. I've had services for 3 years, to upkeep my AC/Heating system. System is 8 years old, I've been in the home for the 3 years. - Services initially was performed by skilled technicians, and within the last year that has dwindled. The Service guy is not qualified as the techs. - I was informed that my Voltage enhancement system needed to be replaced; several months afterward, I trusted this advice and paid $583.44 for replacement and within weeks all of my refrigerant was gone from the system. Given the history above, I decided to get a 2nd opinion from another company. To which I was informed that there's no "voltage enhancement system". - And AnyDay Heating & Cooling never checked the refrigerant levels when they performed my maintenance check. In fact, there's a blank/black picture in the Health Check for this service. I would like to, at the very least, a refund for the $583.44 as I've tried to call several times and spoke with [Name], she has told me twice that a manager will call back and nothing has happened.
