Cellular One review: The run around and around and around

I've been with Cell One since 2001. Now, at that time, and up until about 3 years ago, I did nothing but sing the praises of Cell One. The last 3 years have seen a horrible downgrade in phone service. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and strange things have been happening. People try to call me, and the call drops before it connects. I try to call out, and the calls drop before they connect. Some text messages show up hours after they were sent.

I install all updates and reboot my phone regularly in hopes of knocking all ducks into the same friggin pond. The thing is, when I call Cell One about these issues, they tell me it's my phone. I have no way of knowing if that is the truth. Does anyone else have these problems? Does anyone have solutions? Incidentally, I just had a land line put back in my house because of this.
