Cell C and Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates review: Not receiving paid up letter

In 2021 I had a contract with Cell c of which was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates.
March 2022 the account was full paid up. From that time I have been requesting a paid up letter almost every week and consultants are telling me that they are still waiting for the letter from cell c.
