Not receiving paid up letter
In 2021 I had a contract with Cell c of which was handed over to Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates.
March 2022 the account was full paid up. From that time I have been requesting a paid up letter almost every week and consultants are telling me that they are still waiting for the letter from cell c.

A contract cancelled in november 2020 and refusal to port number to a different service provider
I cancelled my contract with Cell C in November of 2020. I waited until the full 2 year term was over before doing so. In April of 2021 I tried to port my number to a different network provider.
