Celebrity White Teeth fraud and theft

I ordered a free trial of celebrity teeth product on 3/4/10 for $.99, nowhere did it say anything regarding a membership fee or cancellation information. Two weeks after I saw a dibit from my checking account and I called them and the told me it was annual membership fee, I told them I didn't want the product they can have it to just please put the money back in my account because at the present time I was without a job and couldn't afford $149 debited from my account because I had my other bills that I had to pay and the payment had went out already, well what do you know my other checks for my water and electric was return for insuficient funds. I called them for about a month, spoke with different person all the time they told me they were sending me a check then they said they were going to credit my debit card never did. They shoud be ashame of themself, I wish there was a way we could get them to give us our money back.

Ordered free trial of celebrity teeth product on 1/19/10, trial period was for 14 days from day you ordered. on 1/28/10 they charged my credit card 149.95, ten days from day I ordered. today I called company and they informed me that the 149.95 was yearly membership fee that entitled me to order my monthly supply of celebrity product for a mere 12.95 per month. I told them my trial period wasn't up when they charged my card and I wanted a refund. I was told all I could do at that number was cancel, and that i'd have to complain at this website. I have cancelled today the 14th day of my trial period. I should get my money back, and am pleased to send them back their trial period product which I haven't even had time to try.

1) fraudulent because the 149.95 is not presented clearly on the webpage offering free trial, in fact I still can't find it, and the 14 days from day you order period is sort of a tucked away down at the bottom of page — after you have filled out their big "come on" to try it free. I only saw that when I went back today to review page.

2) fraudulent because they give you no phone number to contact regarding mistakes or complaints, in other words we have your money and you are on your own unless you want a lawyer — which i'm considering

3) theft because they used my creditcard before the trial period was up, and that is unauthorized.

Proof — the only reason I was able to know about this before my time period was up was because my credit card company called to verify the charge 149.95 - obviously they're a little aware of this kind of scam. otherwise I wouldn't have found out until way past my deadline - it would have been on next month's charge.

Please do something about this. it is people like this that make you afraid to buy on line.

Thank you, maureen mcconnell [protected], mick123@optonline.net

I got suckered too and I am pissed. I told them they are just stealing consumers money and that is wrong. They said to me as to everyone else, there is nothing that they can do. She stated that the 149.95 is a membership fee for one year. I stated that the ad was unclear and on and on to no avail. So I am out of 149.95 and I am sending complaints forward to all the agencies that I can find.

Celebrity white teeth company sucks. I order a free trial, still paying $5.00, then about 2 weeks later I get an email telling me i've been charged $149.95 for my membership. I cancell my enrollment and still lose my money. I called customer service to seek their help and they tell me they can't do anything about it. some bs. i'll never try anymore free trial samples again.

Add me to the list...

they just refused to refund my account the $169.95 that was fraudulently taken from me in a phishing scheme I was caught in on craigslist.

someone going by the name of nancy bennett, who I have discovered has posted on craigslists all over the united states, was claiming to be a local here and giving out free dog food. I tried to get some but she told me she had already given it away, but she worked for a dental office and they gave away free teeth whitening products and she would send me some, all I had to do was pay.99 cents shipping and handling. she then sent me to celebwhiteteeth.com to get my supposedly free trial. I entered my debit card number and I received the product without any notification that 2 weeks later I would be charged $169.95.

This is a phishing scheme to steal people's debit card numbers so that your company can use them. this is fraud.

Please people, file claims with the ftc and the better business bureau, and contact clark howard's radio show so that this company can get national-level exposure about this phishing scheme. by refusing to make it right and refund my money, they have become a willing participant in a felony. I will do everything I can to expose celebswhiteteeth's participation in this phishing scam.

Count me in with the list of people getting scammed by this company. and i'm normally so good and avoiding this stuff!

Important: the posts above that start off "I work for celeb white teeth..." are part of this scam. why? because once you get suckered into this and call their number or e-mail their address (I did both), they will not refund your money. they are posting things like this to make readers question the credibility of the complainers. don't fall for it! just google the name of this company and you'll see all the negative feedback! good luck and beware!

I fell for this trap celeb white teeth -

Have you teeth shine like the stars.

Try all you have to pay is for shipping.

They sent me a package tried it. sucked..

Then they sent me another.

I did not order it.

So I sent it back and called celeb white teeth [protected], they said that I had 15 days to cancel the order and I did not so you now have a membership and that's what the 149.00 is for. pissed I told them I returned the product and never opened the package. so what is my membership for. they said if you returned it there is nothing we can do thats your fault so now I have nothing but a headache, canceled bank account and a pending unauthorized charge.

New we site will be on how to get your money back cause if your reading this you got scamed to.

I just got scammed first.

Celebrity White Teeth false representation re: sample

After ordering a small sample of whitening toothpaste advertised for a few dollars plus handling and shipping, I recieved 8 days later a package with a whitening set for which i was charged $149.95.I called the customer service and was told that the fine print on the website said it was for a 14 day free trial from date of order.Jay Demango told me that shipping took place 3 days after order placement and I do remember recieving the package at least a week and a few days after posting this order So much for 14 days. Of course they will not take a refund on this unused product.I firmly believe I was defrauded of 149.95 by intentional misrepresentation of the sample, and looking at the web, I see others have been too.

And the Credit Card Companies are NOT on your side.
Disputing a charge takes hours, several phone calls, waiting to hold and letters to the Credit Card Company.
Most people just give up and let it go (pay $149).
There is little consumer protection law in this country. Every time some bill is presented to congress, it is watered down, ignored or rejected, because the criminals have their lobby in Washington.

There are 3 types of people:
1. People who work and manufacture things... like construction workers, assembly line workers...
2. People who work doing services... like doctor, teacher, hair-dresser
3. People who make money doing absolutely nothing useful for anybody... like common thieves, day-traders and companies with business models which are deliberately designed to defraud people.

The fraud is in plain view. Virtually everybody agrees with this assessment. But this society is incapable of stopping this... I am worried for this great country. If we cannot fix something that simple, we cannot fix anything.

Celebrity White Teeth unauthorized charge

I too was caught in the celebrity white scam. What I ordered (like 0thers) was a free trial for $.99 and what I got was the product and an unauthorized charge on my debt card (along with the 99 cents) $79.98. I spoke with several people at [protected] they told me about a 14 day cancellation period I had. Well guess what. I ordered for this free trail on march 30th, recieved it on april 8th or so, I saw the $79.9 unauthorized charge to my account on april 10. Over the weekend I tried to contact someone everyone was closed, finally spoke with customer service on monday april 12th. All this within my so called cancellation period of 14 days. I spoke with ariel #250, jada#201, john#001 and herbert#053. I voiced my concern about this unauthorized charge. I was not until I spole with herbert #053, (by then I was really pissed off) he stated that he would credit my account and cancel my so call membership (one I did not want nor ask for). I was given by herbert #053 a cancellation number of 1302265, I can only hope that this is settled. I also spoke with my bank and told them of the unauthorized charge, I had to canel my debt card and order a new one that these people will not keep trying to charge my for something I did not ask for. Good to all of us in getting these matters taken care of and hopefully these people will go out of business.

I ordered the trial and clearly read the terms and conditions, which states that you need to contact customer service within 14 days after you order to cancel your membership and not be charged any more or receive any additional product. I sent an email since it only specified that I needed to "contact customer service to terminate your enrollment within 14 days of the date that you enroll in the program". I received an email response from customer service saying "thank you for your email and update". it told me if I had "further questions" that I could call their number. I was also given a "ticket number" and the status was listed as: closed. this told me that my account was canceled and I would not be charged any additional money or receive any additional product. however, I saw a $149.95 charge on my credit card and I was furious! when I called, I was told that my account was never canceled because I didn't have a "cancellation number" and the only way to get one is to call customer service. I sent proof of my email response and asked them to justify in their terms the wording "contact customer service" not "call customer service". I was only told that I had to email them with a refund request and they would get back to me in 3-5 days. within an hour, I had a "deny refund" email. they told me that because my account was still open, I would be charged and that I needed to read the terms and conditions. I think they need to read their own terms and conditions!

My plan is to dispute this as an unauthorized charge with my bank. I will also report to bbb (which there are already several complaints!), and I encourage everyone to do the same! I have looked into small claims court as well. i'm sure I will never see that money again. I am so upset that companies like this are still in business, and I helped contribute to keeping their business going... very disappointing.

I ordered and received the sample of Celebrity White Teeth. I paid $2.99 which was charged to my debit card in January. I received the sample plus an order receipt telling suggested use, ingredients, warnings, application, shipping info and description. Also received a shipping document.
On Feb. 24 I noticed a pending charge from Clebrity so I called customer service and talked to Mary who then told me everything was cancelled as of the 24th. She also sent me an email stating this. On March 1 I noticed @152.94 had been charged on Feb. 26. I had notified my bank on Feb. 24 of this problem---I spoke to a rep of the bank today, March 1 and the charge is now under dispute. I'm also notifying the North Dakot Attorney General's office of this sad situation.
I'm requesting the refund of $152.94 plus bank charges of $35.00 for a total of $187.94. I understand I will received a response in 2-3 days.

I received product on 3/3/10 and didn't open it until 3/5/10. That's when I noticed my time to cancel was up on 3/4/10. I called as soon as I was able to cancel because I had just received the product and hadn't even had a chance to try it out to determine if I even wanted to continue receiving it or not. I was told at that time that this was not a problem and given a cancellation number of 996678 and specifically told that my account would not be charged. I thought this was all taken care of when, this evening, I checked my old e-mail account for mail and noticed that my account was still going to be charged. I called again and explained what had happened. This time I was told that I would have to request a refund via e-mail and again given a cancellation number of 996679 and told again that my account would not be charged. If I find out that my account is charged anyway, I will definately fight it. This is obviously a scam. I mean, who doesn't give a customer a fair amount of time to try a product out before expecting them to submit to a contract for future products? Also, the trial period should start once the product is received...not when it was ordered, because the mail doesn't always arrive in a couple of days...plus, how do we know that it's actually sent out on the order date anyway? I hope I have no more trouble with getting my account credited if it was charged. Thank you.

I too wanted the trial order for celebrity white, putting promo code smile. I ordered 3/26 and cancelled my membership on 4-6-10 with a trixy agent #227, with cancellation #1486262, well she sucks! she did not cancel my membership and charged my bank account for $79.98. I was under the 14 day free trial, and as you can figure, the 6th is under the 14 days. I called my bank in panic! I told them I had been scammed, as this is what I told trixy at celebrity white, so my bank helped me process a "fraud claim" and informed them of the scammers. I hope they can get the money back from celebrity white. I called celebrity white (number given to me on an email from them about shipping my product, [protected] out of cypress). because trixy did not cancel my membership I was charged overdraft fees and transaction fees also. I called a second time on 4/14/10 and talked to customer care rep., henry gs058, told him trixy did not cancel, so supposedly he cancelled my membership a 2nd time! ya right, I am not holding my breath to that happening. this is definitely a scam, do not order this product online, as stated on an ad on hotmail about a housewife who used celebrity white & ever brite products. I wonder how much she made off of this false testimonial. oh ya, I never got the trial product as of todays date but was charged the $.99 plus $.03 international fees on my bank account.

I fell for this also - please report the companies to their respective incorporated states BBB's and Attorney Generals - this has to be a Federal crime as it is interstate business and a fraud - I did business with CelebWhiteTeeth.com and the customer service folks told me they were incorporated in Florida - appears they're also in California, and also have several different names of the product and company - the inc in Florida was Aviayo, Inc found on the BBB's site by searching Celebrity White Teeth as their AKA - once you complain have some fun and call their offices in Florida - [protected] and leave a comlaint also...my CC company was kind enough to refund the money but I also had to close the account - Good luck folks -

Celebrity White Teeth free samples

Read the small print on these guys. Their Free sample actually is a committment to a recurring monthly fee of $80. You allegedly have 14 days, starting 4 days after you order the Free sample to cancel what you did not order in the first place. When I called my bank I recieved the phone number for the $79.98 billing (not $.99 as advertised) and they said they were not the ones billing me. They gave me a run around about some other vendors of theirs who must have done this and they could not help me cancel the charges because their records do not show any charges, even though the bank billing has their phone number with the billing.

This is not a very honest way to promote a product so I recommend that everyone stay away from these guys and the Dazzling White Pro System at www.dazzlingwhitesystem.com.

Celebrity White Teeth credit card fraud

This company promises to sen you a free trial teth whitening kit for just the shipping price. According to the website you have 14 days to try the product and then a "membership" fee will be charged. I had $169.95 charged to my credit card. I had literally just received the product, and no contact information was listed. There was also a bogus UPS label listed. When I called UPS to track the delivery date, they said that the tracking number did not exist in there system. According to the customer service agent, they said that the trial period started the date of the order. How could I review a product I didn't have?

I have my credit card company disputing the charges with no success so far.

Celebrity White Teeth scam

This company is a scam. They advertise a trial sample for 99 cents. When you get it you are agreeing to a monthly contract of $149.99 but they make it clear that you can cancel at any time. When you get the product it is nearly 10 days later. I received mine on a Friday and attempted to cancel the monthly agreement immediately. I could not speak to anyone by phone but did leave a voice message. I also cancelled via email. I reciedved an email that I had to speak to someone in order to cancel. On Monday when I finally got someone on the phone and did cancel it, they told me it was too late for the first month and the charge would stand. I argued back and forth via email and phone cals and they refused to refund my money saying I waited 10 days to cancel. Because I could not actually speak to someon (not my fault as I tried) then I stuck with the charge. It is indeed a scam. I wish to let as many people know about this so they will not fall for the same thing.

BEWARE! Unethical and False advertisement! ! Forget about getting the product in time for any 'trial' before the 14 day deadline is up. I even sent an email on the 13th day and still was charged $149.95. The product made my mouth and throat raw & sore. Seems like this might turn into lawsuit if the company does not honor their advertisements. I would GLADLY return their product, let's see if they return our money!

Ordered the "trial" toothpaste and finally got it 2 weeks later. never opened it. But when I read the fine print about my membership I immediately called to cancel any membership I had. They informed me that I had already passed the 14 days and that my $149.95 fee would not be refunded. At this time I became a little angry about hearing the amount of money they took out of my account without my authorization. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady on the phone became very rude and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I ended up hanging up before the call got any worse. I had my husband call back and we followed the instructions to recieve our refund, we will see if it ever comes. I am sure it is highly unlikely though!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

I was scammed like everyone else. I called on the 15th day to cancel because the 14th day was a Sunday. I didn't even receive the product until 6 days prior. They gave me the run around and then said I did not cancel by the 14th day. I said the 14th day was a Sunday. Their response was "you should have called on Friday" I would have only had a few days to try the product.

Celebrity White stole $150 from me. I responded to a TV Guide advertisement for a free sample, gave my card number. After the transaction, the small print says the company will enroll the customer in a program, but we can opt out. For days, no response to phone calls. On February 25, within the opt-out period, I reached a rep and cancelled, was given a cancellation number; the next day I confirmed by e-mail. On March 6, Celebrity White stole $149.95 using my card number. The credit card required I cancel the card, and receive a new one. This means I must contact other vendors with whom I use the card. Celebrity White has ignored all correspondence. This is a major loss of time. I wish I had come to this site before dealing with Celebrity White.
If you are cheated, notify your credit card company. Mine calls this the "call to cancel scam."
Consider reporting Celebrity White to a government website, the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.

I ordered this product online, Celebrity White Teeth, and thought I was just getting a sample by paying the shipping only. Then they billed my credit card for $169.95 as a membership fee. Since I did not cancel within 14 days, I have to pay the membership fee reguardless. I can only talk to a customer service person on the phone. The managers you can only reach by email. The company ships out of Florida but is based in Greece. I am not getting anything for my money. I do not recommend this product at all.

I was also scammed out of $79.98 from my checking account using my debit card and I am fuming. A dental hygentist told me to go to this web site to get a free sample of this product.I have false teeth and therefore I don't need this product but went there for my daughter to try it.It' bad enough when you have money taken from your account but when you don't even recieve the product its ten times worse. I am on social security and have a very limited income and they took all that money and I got NOTHING!
These people must be stopped

I participated in an online survey for which I was to receive this product for .99. Nowhere was I told that I was subscribing to anything or that I had 30 days to try the product and after that time I would be billed $169.95. When I received my credit card statement I had been charged the .99 plus 169.95. When I contacted the number on the credit card statement I was told that I had subscribed to a one year subscription for this product and I would receive a shipment each for $12.95. This information was no where on the website or on the invoice which came with the product.

Celebrity White Teeth deceptive advertising scam

I wished I would have read through the complaints of celebrity white before I even placed my order back in beginning of feb 18, 2010 for free
99 cent offer and $3.87 offer. I also discovered over the wknd my checking account had suspicious charges taken out one was for $149.95 and another for $40.00 and another for 87.00. The $149.95 was celebrity white. The $87.00 was build wealth which turned out to be brite white and the $40.00 was another charge another tooth whitening name. I called two different toll free numbers got the same story I had passed my 14 day trial so they automatically charged my account. The foreign speaking woman just kept telling me that was in the terms and policy I told her never once in that policy did I read the $149.95 membership fee I only read in the small print $12.99 monthly fee for additional whitening tubes if wasn't cancelled before 14 days. I never got my order shipped to me until first week in march. I read some complaints on line about them and realize now its a scam. So I went immediately to my bank yesterday and had my visa check card cancelled and my bank will reimburse my account for now and they have a branch that works with fraud cases like these. I also notice reading other complaints that are so much like mine all happened since january 2010 and on hmm! The scammers are busy lets bring them down soon!

Lucky you
My case is exactly the same as yours.
I think the $40 was Build Wealth however... I do not even know where they come from.
However my Bank Of America Visa Card has NOT refunded my $149.
They have refunded my $40 and $87 however. I promised BOA to tell everybody about my ordeal until I get all my money back... and here I am.

In fact disputing a fraudulent charge is quite an ordeal in its own right. It takes numerous telephone calls and you have to explain everything over and over again.

Tip:
Every time you think you were scammed, get a new Credit Card. You need a new number. Tell them you lost it or it was stolen. This way they cannot charge an non-existing or canceled number.

Celebrity White Teeth non refund

I ordered a trial product of celebrity white teeth last month. Nowhere was it mentioned while I ordered the product online that I have to call them in 14 days and cancel my subscription. When the product arrived neither was it mentioned in the packet. Now I see a $59 charge on my bank statement. I called their customer service. She was unwilling to give me the phone number of their refund deptt. Instead gave me an email address. I sent them an email but they declined my request. I was late by 5 days they said. This is a scam. Someone should do something about it. I needed that money so I could pay my bills. I am already living paycheck to paycheck.

When I called the Debt2Wealth people issued a refund of the $40. THAT CHARGE S FRAUD! and could lead to ID theft! BE CAREFUL as they will continue to try to sell you more stuff or services even as you are canceling! DO NOT give them any additional personal information!

Celebrity WHITE TEETH - REFUND PROMISED...

I called the number on my credit card statement to cancel as soon as I noticed. I PUSHED the rep asking "is there anyway to get a refund? I am willing to return the product" this was a KEY.

EVENTUALLY I was given an address in Hollywood FL with a RMA #. I shipped it with tracking # using the USPS online postage. After I had the email confirmation I called AGAIN. This was a run around of it takes 10-15 days but I was promised a refund - still NOTHING.

SO I called again after the 15 days.

This rep said she was the one who processing the refund ...
"I will process the refund"
"I see that you returned the product and that you are eligible for a refund"

so then she typed and typed until I asked her when the refund would come through...
" it would post to my account in 72 hours but could take 7 - 10 days"!

I doubt it will happen But I did RECORD that call and may have my ATTY send them a letter demanding action... hope you get your $$ back!

I also ordered both whiteners from the CNN story. While going through the process I was aware of the 10-14 day "trial" or "dissatisfaction" period to call in. I WILL be calling to cancel both trials so my card does not get charged and hopefully that will be enough - since I'll be doing it in the time frame. The very next day after I ordered I told my dad about it and he wanted me to order for him... I was able to find both links without going through the CNN link and receive the free trials - and also the notice about calling in. I know now why I don't ever do Free Trials - because they are a pain in the ###.
Make sure you're aware that the everbrite is tied to debt2wealth - they will either call or charge your card. My card was charged. I've taken care of that already. I got the # from my bank and called and spoke nicely to the Rep. she was happy to refund my $40 and cancel the account (that I never signed up for) Ugh. hopefully I won't have any mysterious charges on my card in the near future.
I have found that if you use a nice voice (no matter how upset we are) that you'll get farther. I think these customer service Reps are trained to be difficult with angry customers. If you google the sites - you should be able to find the websites. I could also get you the numbers if needed - I have them. Celebrity White [protected] and Everbrite is [protected] hope this helps.

The same thing just happened to me. Cnn posted an ad from a woman who claimed that she used two teeth whiteners together and got great results. I followed a link from cnn.com's home page to two ads for free samples of teeth whiteners - one was celebrity white teeth. The ad said I would get a free sample, and all I had to pay was 1.69 for s/h. The other website gave me the free sample for $.99 s/h. There was nothing in either ad about a 14 day trial membership and there were no terms or conditions. I was not asked to sign up for a membership and knew nothing about it. The products that were delivered also did not contain any information about a trial 14 day membership - the invoices just listed the free sample and the shipping charge. I had no idea my credit card was going to be charged and, of course, by the time I found out, the trial membership periods had both expired. When I called the companies (phone numbers were on the credit card statement), I was told that the fee was non-refundable because I had agreed to the terms and conditions. Now I can't find either website that I went to for the free samples (because it was through a cnn link), and the websites for these companies both claim I agreed to the membership fee and the terms and conditions. I don't even know what the membership is for? Celebrity White Teeth charged me $169.99 and the other company charged me $92.00. Celebrity White Teeth's website says the membership fee is $149.99, but my card was charged $169.99.

I am really upset. This is a total scam and cnn participated in it. What do I do?

Celebrity White Teeth rip off

I order a sample from celebswhiteteeth which ad I seen on the IRS website. I read the terms and conditions before I ordered the product. It said I had to call withiin the 14 days to cancel or I will be billed `149.95 for a membership. I ordered the product, cancelled my membership the same day as descibed in THEIR terms, got an email confirmation number 2 minutes after I cancelled. I did get the sample, but they had billed my bank account the $149.95 and a visa card charge of $1.20. I ordered the product on 1/20/2010 and cancelled on 1/20/2010. They billed my account on 1/29/2010. 9 days into the trail period. I called support, emailed support and was denied a refund even though I have a ton of documentation. Finally I was supposed to be refunded. This had been going on for 6 weeks now. I still haven't gotten my money back. I talked to 4 different reps from their company and they all keep telling my they will refund my money.within 3-5 business days, I have heard this for 4 weeks now. I want my money back, After reading 1000's of complaints, when is something going to be done so other people don't get ripped off? I have enail and other documentaion, I just can't get the correct upload formats for this site

I ordered this product, but when I finally recieved it there were no directions on how to use it. I called to cancel on Feb. 25, 2010 and I still have not recieved my money back. Everytime I call they tell me they will check into it and call back in 3-5 business days. I call back and it's still the same thing. I have asked to talk to someone higher up that could tell me something but they can't do that. Now they say they have already authorized my money to be put back into my account but when I tell them it's not there they can't tell me where it is . It is July 13, 2010 and I still dont have my money. I think this must be some kind of scam to get peoples money. Concerned Consumer

Me too - suziqzeee@yahoo.com - have you been able to get refund or know how?

It's really Sample Distribution LLC doing business for Celebrity Teeth Whitening.
They have an F score on BBB in Torrance, CA.
Address: 20100 Vermont Ave., Torrance, CA 90502
Was told I could mail my unopened sample back to Jason Williams.
Wonder if he exists either?
All complaints filed with BBB remain unanswered.
I do not see a class action - but I wish someone would start one.
Email me at suziqzeee@yahoo.com

Celebrity White Teeth annual membership cancelation

I got charged for the product for $149.95 the day I received the product. I did not even get to try it yet. I did not authorize any $149.95 to be charged to my credit card. I tried to talk to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I told her she should be ashame to work for a company that rips people off so badly! I am calling my bank in the morning to dispute it. I found out tonight you can not dispute it while it is pending it has to post to your account. I will be overdrawn because I had not planned on this. Scam. Scam. Scam.

YES.. I AM ONE OF THE IDIOTS WHO THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE A FREE SAMPLE(NEEDING TO PAY A SHIPPING CHARE, OF COURSE).. THEN WAS CHARGED 149.95 FOR A ONE TIME MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT THEY SAY THEY SO CALLED PUT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.. WHICH I READ! AND WHAT I READ WAS THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED 12.95 A MONTH AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD FOR WHATEVER PRODUCT THEY WOULD SEND ME MONTHLY. OF COURSE AFTER CONTACTING THEM THROUGH EMAILS TWICE AND THEN RECEIVING A PHONE# FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED SINCE IT WAS INDICATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT THERE IS A MEMBERSHIP FEE... I NEVER SAW IT! IT WAS NEVER IN THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME AFTER CONFIRMATION OF MY FREE SAMPLE! I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I RESOLVE THIS AND THEIR COMPANY SHUTS DOWN OR I AM REFUNDED!

I ordered a free (99cent shipping fee) teeth whitening pen from this company. Was told that I must cancel in two weeks if I no longer wanted to receive additional pens. Did not receive pen until 8 days after ordering, and then had to use it on an off again on again basis because it was causing the blisters inside of my mouth. So, technically, I was over the two week limit. However, when I called to cancel further pens, I was informed that my credit card was being debited to the tune of $149.99 for not cancelling my "club" membership in time. I was astounded and told "Mike CSR#132, that this was not right, and that I planned to contact the IL Attorney General's Fraud Office and the Better Business Bureau. He gave me the Cancellation #814040 and recommended contacting "support@productsupport123.com" requesting a refund. This I did, and was immediately sent an e-mail informing me that the charge was "legal" because I missed the "deadline, " and there would be no refund forthcoming. When I called my credit card company to request that payment not be made, they informed me that the charge had come from a company in ARGENTINA! Whoever denied the refund also told me to go to another website to read the "contract" where I had agreed to the $149.99 charge (which I had never seen before). When I went to this website, it said, "This site no longer available." Something is definitely wrong with this entire set-up.

Ordered a sample of product for .99 cents. discovered they told out $149.95 from my account without my permission and when I called it was someone from India on the other end of the line giving me a hard time stating that I was being charged for the membership fee that I agreed to at the time and the $149.95 was unrefundable. I was livid that these people could still are on the web page they need to be stopped. I will be contacting my bank and I will try to dispute this charge, but I do not believe there is anyway to track them down, I believe they are working from there homes and misleading the consumer, and from the other stories I have just read, there is a laundry list of complaints but it does not seem that anyone is doing anything to stop these creeps. We need to take this to a higher level and get these creeps off the internet and not have anyone else be a victim of this crime. They are like blood suckers draining people out of there hard earned money and from I have read they have been getting away with this for quite sometime. I am going to persue them and hunt them down and I will not have any rest until I get them off the internet.

This company charged my credit card for a sample that i ordered, 99 cents, which I did approved. BUT, then, they went an extra step further to enroll me in a membership that I did NOT approve! And then said my trial membership ran out (which I didn't know I even had!) and that I couldn't get refunded what they charged me for the membership, $169.95! What a SCAM! Ninety-Nine cents turned into almost one hundred and seventy dollars! I've had to cancel my credit card account, get another one re-issued and talk with about 4 people from this company to TRY and get a refund, which they declined to do. And work with my bank on how to get this refund processed on my end. This has caused me great financial distress and am still trying to resolve this in some manner on my own now.

Cannot believe I fell for this internet scam. Emailed them and cancelled my subscription at the end of 14-day trial period and my credit card was charged $169.95 a couple days later. On top of that there was a separate foreign transaction fee of $5 something because their company is located overseas ( Yeah i couldn't f--cking believe it) Called and got to speak to the "supervisor" who promised to refund me in 4-7 days and it has been weeks and I've gotten NO refund. If you go to www.celebwhiteteethshop.com, you'll see it says "We are no longer taking new orders. We will continue to service our existing customers."

I can't believe these ### are scamming innocent people like this. Rich people get their teeth whitened at their dentists' and wouldn't even be bother trying out these cheap solutions. They basically target at ordinary folks who work hard for their money. I don't mind paying money for products and services that are worth the money, but their trial samples only arrived on day 12 of the 14-day trial. There was no time for me to even test it.

Normally I would let money-related things go because I can always make more money. But this is NOT about money. People who scam others should be punished. To all of you who have fallen for the scam - we need to find a way to stop them. Everyone deserves to get their money back.

Would anyone join a facebook protest group if I started one?

My name is David S. Dillon, 21 Birch Street, Everett, MA 02149, email daviddillon1462@hotmail.com. I am demanding a refund of the $149.95 charge to my wife's account ending in 4817 for the following reasons: 1) on the website listed above, there is no information regarding membership or additional charges on this website, except for down at the very bottom, in extremely small print, next to the copyright info, which you actually have to open up. This is deceiving to the consumer, and is not a fair practice on the part of Celebrity White Teeth. 2) If there are conditions to this offer, they should be directly on the website and not hidden from the consumer in the copyright information. 3) I am collecting unemployment having been laid off during the recent layoffs this country is experiencing, and would never agree to such terms, had they been laid out in a proper manner. For these three reasons alone, I feel deceived, betrayed and taken advantage of. After calling the number for customer support, all they can do is give me this Complaint Website and hope for the best. This is an unfair practice, and if I am not refunded this money, I will make a complaint to the FBI's Internet Fraud Division. I was also told that the terms are clearly listed on the website which is untrue. Hiding the terms within the copyright info, which actually has to be opened up, is done on purpose so that the consumer is not made aware that they exist. Please return my money as it has caused a hardship on us when we are already in hard times. Sincerely, David S. Dillon

To Whom it May Concern,

I feel I was misled and deceived by the advertisement when I clicked on Celeb White to receive for only $3.95 a teeth whitening kit. I used a promotional code from an article that was on the internet bragging about the results. This form of advertising is deliberate and intentional misrepresentation! Which had me thinking that I was getting a great deal, almost too good to be true. WELL IT CERTAINLY WAS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the $149.95

If I don’t receive a refund I will contact the Better Business Bureau and I will also contact the Federal Trade Commission and lodge my complaint. I have plenty of time to lodge these complaints. All I am asking, is for the $149.95 to be returned to me or I will do everything in my power to get my money back by contacting the BBB and FTC.

I have never felt so violated and taken advantage of.

Please send a refund check to: Last 4 digits of credit card- 8146

I would like to be treated the same as Suzanne(see below) and receive a full refund.

I got a refund. I suggest that if you are having difficulty with the call center people in getting a refund, just complain to the FTC and Better Business Bureau. That worked for me.

Natures Cleanse, by Pure Nutrients is a total scam and rip off. I saw a few months ago these products being sold on SOCIALSTEALS.com. I started to investigate, and months later I found out who was behind this scam. The name of the company is Intermark Media, now IMM Interactive ( www.imminteractive.com). The president of this company is Mike Krongel, who ran this scam, using his affiliate network to dupe consumers to buying his product, who I found out is now being sued by the FTC, for false advertising and promoting these scam products: http://www.ftc.gov/os/caselist/1023232/index.shtm . The number to the company is: [protected]. They were behind Pure Nutrients, as well as many other scam products such as Eternal ResV, which I also saw them selling on Socialsteals.com. Report them to the BBB, FTC, and your Attorney General, and stop them from doing this ever again. The FTC is already taking them down, but I’m sure our complaints can only help their case. Pure Nutrients SCAM! Intermark Media SCAM ! IMM Interactive SCAM ! Social Steals SCAM! Socialsteals.com SCAM !

Celebrity White Teeth sup*forcestrength

I was reviewing my checking account bank statement and noticed two withdrawals of $81.34 to wup*forcestreng om december 4, 2009 and to sup*cleansepro on december 17, 2009. A third withdrawal of $29.95 was noted on december 18, 2009 to sup*cleansepro. I did not authorize any of these transactions. I called the phone number listed on my banking account statement [protected]), and talked to ryan. He told me that I had two accounts open, one for celebrity white teeth and another for skinny.com. I told him that I did not authorize either one of these and asked that these accounts be closed and a refund issued in the amount of $192.63. He said that he closed the accounts and gave me confirmations numbers of #172459 for the celebrity white teeth and #107379 for the skinny.com. The cancellation number is #172459. He then told me to log on to this website to request a refund. I also was charged $34.00 from my bank for each of these transactions as I did not have the money in my account to cover them. I am also requesting that you refund these charges of $102.00. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

This company markets themself online offering a free trial for their teeth whitening system. They ask for your credit card # to charge a $.99 shipping charge for the trial product. They make no mention of how much future payments will be and do not ship the product for 14 days. Then they charge you $149.95 for a membership fee that they say is nonrefundable. The charge is posted to your credit card on the 13th day and they deliver the product on the 14th day, so no FREE TRIAL is offered. This is false advertising and when you call them they say the charge is for a nonrefundable membership fee. To get your money back, you need to submit your request in writing etc. and they ignore it. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! I WANT THIS SCAM PUBLICLY EXPOSED!

Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitener Review

The Celebrity Sexy Teeth Whitening product is a scam. You will see this product advertised on the internet through fake testimonials posted on blogs, forums and phony review sites. The product is also marketed as "Celebrity Sexy White"
Our Observations

* The product does not work.
* The owner of the domain celebritysexyteeth[dot]com also owns the domain best-teeth-whitening[dot]com and teethwhiteningreviewed[dot]com. What a coincidence!
* The product was never mentioned on any of the listed "as seen on" sites.
* Their ads try to make the purchaser think that "today is the last day for free shipping." It's a ploy to get you to purchase the product right away.
* The product is way over priced for a Brush-On Whitenier.
* They have an "F Rating" from the Better Business Bureau.

I was given this coupon from a dentist office saying I could get a sample and only had to pay $0.99 for shipping. I read the whole pages to make sure there were no catches. There was nothing on the site not even in small disclaimer saying anything about if you get this sample you are joining and that money would be taken from your account. I was charged $79.98. I too called the [protected] and spoke to a person that I could hardly understand and was told that I had 14 days after getting the item to cancel. There is no where on the papers in box saying such a thing nor was it on the site when getting the sample. She said they dont give refunds and that I would be billed $42 and I have no idea what else she said because I couldnt understand her. I called bank which now I have to file complaint and have that debit card canceled. They said these companies pull this stunt on allot of people! I never even used the product and it has been within the 14 days since I got it because it did come the Friday before Easter so I should have legal right to cancel. I told her I would be glad to send back the unopened product and they can keep the $0.99. How do I get refund?

I ordered one free trial of this tooth whitening system about a month ago. Which in fact I have never received yet. I see on my bank statement today two charges, one for $1.65 and one for $54.95. All I was prompted to pay when ordering was a small shipping fee of $3.95. Why am I charged these other prices? I don't want the damn product now. Also it made me negative in my account. I want to cancel and demand a refund! And you can pay the $35 overage charge! I am not happy about this..

I was told there was a free trial period for $.99 and if you cancel within 14 days you would not be charged anymore. WRONG! I canceled within 10 days and on the 15th day my account was charged $149.95. I saved my cancelation number and called them back. I had to email the refund dept several times and call many more times. They always told me I would recive my money back within 3 to 5 days or 4 to 10 days. It has been over a month now and I still have not received my money. I wish I would have seen all these complaints before. I looked up the Better Business Bureau and reported them. I think we all should do so and maybe we can get out money back. If not maybe it will prevent others from being scammed too. I plan on speaking to a lawyer as soon as possible. Most lawyers have the first consultation free. These ### need to be stopped!

My name is Brenda Pineda, I talked to Patricia a supervisor from Celebrity white teeth. The reason of the complaint is that i was never notified that i was going to be charge $149.95 after a supposly 14 day trial. If i knew this was going to happen i would called earlier and cancelled. First of all I don't think this product works and it's a scam I was offered it as a gift for 0.99 cents and obviously since i was a getting a bigger product i though i should take it but never mention to me the conditions of this product. I place the product on 2/7/10 according to Patricia eventhough on my bank statements i was charge on the 2/11/10. My account i guess is through my e-mail address which is kkpineda@aol.com and my zip code is 89115. I would really appreciate if you can act on this as soon as possible since i dont think this product is worth $149.95 ..

thanks

i would be waiting for your respond and please cancelled all charges through this

To Whom it may concern :

As has been seen on this site, several people have suffered the same humbling experience - I simply requested a trial, $0.99 tiny tube of toothpaste... the order # was 428462 on 2/16 ... so far over $300 of charges have been charged to my account all generated from this single order, and all the other companies involved have refunded the amounts - except yours... Celebrity White for $ 149.95 - charged on 03/09... I have contacted your customer support people from the ph # listed on my bank statement and was given this cancellation # 937251 and told to contact through this email location . I am requesting a full refund of this amount to my checking account, and will gladly return your product immediately - I have learned a valuable lesson from this and will be contacting the BBB and FBI re; a complaint for fraudlent advertising and contract

This company promises a 'free trial' to anyone who will pay shipping charges. The shipping is a reasonable charge. The product received is a small sample and as far as I have been able to tell, is worthless. Following receipt of the sample, my card was charged $151.00 and I was enrolled in a membership costing $12.95 per month . . . to receive more product! It is true the charge and the membership were detailed on the website, below the line where you click 'send my order'. I did not scroll down that far; I think that was their plan. When I called to cancel everything and request a refund I got stalled and told I couldn't do that. I did get the membership canceled, but refund of the $151 was refused. I can only urge everyone to beware of this scam. I wish I had seen this complaint board before I took the bait.

I ordered a 'free' sample from this company around about November 2010, paying only for post & packaging totaling £4.95. I was told that if after 30 days I had not contacted them I would be sent another month's supply of the product, which was valued at approximately £40.00. I was told to contact "Mark" at "Choice Customer Service" Telephone number [protected] extension 619

I received the 'free' sample and was not happy with the product at all, so tried to contact the company on the number given.

When I tried to call this number I got an American voice recording saying the number is no longer in use.

In February 2011 I noticed two payments taken from my bank account - both for £44.90 on consecutive days.

My bank say they cannot do anything as I have given this "company" my card details which means it is not fraud!

I ordered the .99 trial of Celebrity White Teeth. I clearly read the terms and conditions and understood that, I quote from their website, "If you contact customer service to terminate your enrollment within fourteen (14) days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else." I contacted the company via email to cancel my membership, and asked for an email confirmation of my cancellation. I received a response that stated, "Thank you for your email and update. You may refer with the following information: If you have further questions you may contact our Customer Support by calling the number below." This email also had a "ticket number" and listed "status: closed". I assumed that meant that my membership was canceled, since I contacted them within the proper timeframe, received a response without any further instructions, and had a "number" to provide if there were any questions. However, I was charged $149.95 for the membership fee.

There are many complaints about this company on the internet. How do we stop these ### from continuing to function.
