CEC Solutions LLC misleading and fraudulent!!! beware of the cec!

CEC Solutions is very misleading in that they led me to beleive that it was a rent to own agreement, when infact im starting to believe it was a layway program.
In good faith, in order to build up my lack of credit, not negative credit, i chose to do business with the CEC instead of Buddy Buy Right, which is two blocks away from my home, and would happily have taken direct withdrawl from my bank account.
With Buddy Buy Right i would have had immediate choice and use of the computer of my choosing.
With the CEC i made all of my payments on time, and i also paid bounce fees because they withdrew monies from my bank account at unagreed times and dates at thier will.
After refusing to sign the specifice clause in thier agreement to wave my rights as a consumer in a court of law, and my right to do trial, and repeated phone calls to the CEC i was verbally abused, laughed at, by the supervisiors in qoute "Oh well ###, you aint getting no money back, nananaboo boo! ".
I was shocked and confused, and could not beleive that in this day and aged that these ignorant types of people can still set up these types of scemes to defraud and steal from hard working American people and get away with it!

Please do not be mislead, do not do business with the CEC, they are theives and very fraudulent, And liers!
There is no resolutions, just heartache!

I just got off the phone with these idiots, I payed over 2000.00 for a laptop, with the understanding of a wii system and a mp3 player after payments were payed. It has been over three months since I made all of my payments and they have told me 3 times on different occasions that the wii was on back order, this past conversation -they are now telling me that I missed a payment in the beginning, well if I had missed a payment, I would of never received the computer, which I have after months of phone calls, so if I would like to pay for the wii, it will be 163.00 they are absolutely trying to rip people off and need to be stopped, Kim Wertz

CEC Solutions LLC fraud

We were promised a computer system after a 99.00 deposit and 5 payments of 34.98. Eighteen payments later, still no computer, they distract you by saying there is more paperwork. I filed a complaint with the bbb and am seeking a lawsuit. Do not so business with cec solutions llc. Aka guaranteed consumer funding! They will scam you!

We fell for CEC solutions sells pitch also and have been paying on a computer since November 2008. We have yet received it and are told to call back every ten days for a tracking number only to be told they don't have one yet. Where do we start at reporting this company? Someone needs to put a stop to this.

CEC Solutions LLC refunding

I've tried to purchase a computer. However I couldn't complete the weekly payments. And so I"m wondering if all of the money from those payments can be refunded? I have canceled the order and I'm glad but not totality satisfied. I will be entirely greatful if that problem is resoved.

I was scammed for $1500.00 of my hard earn money, and I would like if someone would at least listen to all the costumers that have been scammed of there hard earn money..., PLEASE SOMEONE LISTEN, AND TRY TO ASSIST US TO REGAIN OUR MONEY BACK REGARDLESS OF CONTRACT; THAT THEY BROKE BY NOT GIVING EACH INDIVIDUAL THERE COMPUTER OR LAPTOP AS PROMISED. All i want is my money back or a purchase from the company of my choice for my so called store credit and I have all my bank info they clamed they could not transact anymore but they managed to get 4 payments of 59** from my account and no it was not enough to get the computer but I found a better deal and just needed to purchase a printer with ink Can anyone help in assisting in this matter because I have let this go on for to long the last letter I received from the company I still have and I would appreciate a proper agreement. I to have been scammed the company withdrew 4 payments and I could not get my money back only a store credit and now there is no way for me to get in touch with them because the phone is disconnected.I now get online to look them up and find out that i am not the only one what justice astions can I take.

I adhered to ALL of thier terms and conditions! Stuck to my end of the deal to the tune of $968.71! Now, tell me where my computer is? I have been more than patient and in all actuality I should have had the product in May at the latest according to what CEC says. Now here it is September and still no product! This company was advertised on several local radio stations so I thought it to be a legit company. I guess I learned my lesson. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY PRODUCT! I could have bought two computers for what I have paid this company!

As part of GCF’s "Quality Assurance Policy" ALL customers must agree to the following terms and conditions before they become "GCF Verified Customers": (i) all payments are legally binding and (ii) non-refundable.

We require that each prospective customer agree to these terms because unlike other companies that claim to provide credit repair services and/or sell consumer goods on deferred payments, we never run a credit check on a prospective customer before we extend credit.

Since we deal primarily with consumers who are considered to be "sub prime" or "credit impaired", our deferred payment terms are designed to eliminate customers who may be "window shoppers" or "tire kickers", i.e., prospective customers who are not serious about improving their creditworthiness by participating in our special deferred financing arrangement that allows customers to purchase name brand, high quality consumer electronics on deferred payment terms even though they have impaired credit.

When a prospective customer agrees to our terms and conditions then they become a "GCF Verified Customer" and they are then verbally informed of the following:

1. Each customer is provided with our special customer care toll free phone number so that if they do not receive their membership kit due to data entry error, mail delivery issues, etc., they can call us directly.

2. Easy online access to contact us and as well as to view their account status.

3. They should receive their membership kit in the mail within a week, so they can contact us in the event it does not show up within that time period.

4. The terms of their lay away agreement, which includes (i) that they will be charged an initial$99.00 dollar activation payment, and (ii) that they will have to sign a written agreement that creates a contractual commitment to a 12 month lay away payment plan. If a customer does not sign our contract, otherwise fails to meet the minimum terms or fails to completely fill out the application, including the payment frequency and start dates for debits that they authorize, their account is suspended and no further charges are debited from their personal bank account.

5. Minimum payment requirements demonstrate that the customer is creditworthy enough for us to change their status from the lay away agreement to a revolving installment charge agreement.

6. The customer’s account is considered ACTIVE by reason of their specific authorization to debit their bank account..

7. Our system is automated so that if the customer wants to make a payment plan change, which includes postponing or deferring payments for any reason, the system requires 5 business days to make an adjustment.

8. MOST IMPORTANTLY: All payment plan changes must be accomplished through contacting our customer care department (this is also reinforced in our welcome letter that accompanies the membership kit)

We give this precise information to each and every customer during the initial enrollment process to prevent any confusion or future misunderstanding about their future obligations. We give 100% full disclosure and our automated system can and will only do what our customers authorize us to do.

Our company is obligated to send merchandise as long as our customers are making payments towards their purchase

We are a consumer friendly company which can and will always be willing to help all of our customers succeed within our financial program. Of course this becomes an impossible task for customers who do not have any intention in honoring their contractual agreements.

We are having that same issue. Unfortunatly in the contract of BS is states no refunds are given. Hence why we are looking into a lawsuit. 18 payments later and still nothing

I have also purchased a computer from CEC solutions and it has been 5 months and no computer and I have never missed a payment and now I wish to cancel but am wondering if they will refund my money or if anyone has ever received any type of refund from this company?

CEC Solutions LLC company is a frauf

company says after 5 consecutive they will ship merchandise. Just like hundreds maybe thousands of customers, me be one has been scammed. Cec solutions has only one thing to promise, they WILL take your money and no you won't recieve your merchandise or better yet if you do it won't be what they promised. I ordered a computer in September of 2008 and it is January 22, 2009. Customer service is less than helpful, rude, and I want to believe may the best lie get the comission. I have called this company more than my family always left on hold 45 - 50 minutes and its just one more excuse. I will not give up until someone helps all of us victims. I don't want to believe that its alright to take a persons money with less than good credit and scandalize with false intentions . I want my money back as well as all the other scandalized victims.

CEC Solutions LLC miss leading

By the time I had recieved the letter in the mail, and found out that the product was of minimal standard and was triple what i could have paid at Circut City for a much better product, it was to late. VERY MIS LEADING ON TYPE OF PRODUCT, was told would have many options to pick from and or upgrade.
People who have limited funds listen to thses type of ads, and try this option only to be taken advantage of. You live and learn. These types of Companies should be accountable for fraud and ethics violations. Who do you trust anymore?

I just like hundreds of other consumer's trusted CEC Solutions Advertisement of 5 payments and you computer ships. CEC has $1058.68 of my money.

They robbed me of 940$
Never received product
They then sent me to another company stating that they would finish my contract because they were closing my account got sent to duvera financial & they stole another 940$.

I also was scammed by CEC I finished paying them the computer and never received my computer or my free gifted its been twoyears already. I've called several times and no answer so now I have to go to lawyer to help me out.I personally advice you to do the same thing.

i my self was scammed by cec and i am not getting anywhere, i need to know how to file a complaint with any one who can help me i want to send back the computor cause it has many problems and they say sorry no refund. i am -------- off i'm still waiting for the free gift since december of 09 if you can get me in touch with someone who can help i would be very thankful my e-mail is georgedaly64@yahoo.com thank you george

I have dealt with this company for over a year now. I finally got my computer from them in December. I started making payments to them in Feb 2009. They have given me the runaround continuously. I did have instances where some of the customer service reps were helpful but overall they are very rude and unprofessional. I sent in all of the required paperwork, then I moved and because of my move I had to resubmit everything again, which of course extended the process even longer. I had a printer on my order and did not get it when I got my computer. They told me it was going to be a few more weeks, which of course turned into months. The supervisor told me they would take it off of my account and when I finally decided to take it off of my account they charged me a $70 removal fee. I called back and insisted that they remove that off of my account. That is about the cost of the printer I actually went to the store and purchased myself. I am in college and needed the printer for my courses and couldn't wait for them to get it to me. Now I am waiting for my Nintendo Wii. Which I will never see. They told me the company they get them from is out of stock and I asked if I could wait until they are back in stock to get my Wii. They told me no, that I could choose either a GPS system or a digital camera, both of which I am sure are not even similar in price to the Wii. They said if I didn't want one of those then I can just go without. They are a rip off. They lure people to the company with the thought of getting a Wii at the end, of getting their computer in a timely manner only to treat each customer terrible. If you complain enough and wait you will eventually get your computer but I would not recommend going through this company. The only reason I went through them was because I thought I would be able to get my computer fast. If I would have known how this company really worked I would have just saved my money and purchased the computer myself, and would have saved myself a lot of stress and money.

My friend has fell for this companies ridiculous lies and b---s--t. They have taken almost $600.00 and he has yet to recieve anything. I cant belive in this day and age that this kind of fraud is allowed to happen to hard working people. I sincerly hope that there is someone out there who can help all of you get your money back. To those of you who are half way in and dont want to stop because of the money you have already invested, I have three words for you "READ THE COMPLAINTS" Better to get out now and save your money.
